increase the network I will communicate with the people and improve my skills off
communication and develop the relationship with the variety of people in an appropriate manner.
For the expansion of the network I will attend various programmes that are regarding
networking . Apart from that I can used the technology and connect with the people with the
assistance of social media accounts that includes Facebook and Instagram too. For the good
connection with the people I will share my ideas, views and innovative skills with the people in
adequate manner (Adeani, Febriani, and Syafryadin,2020).
with that i am not having good networking. Lack of networking power leads to less awareness
among the people. due to lack of interwork i am not able to understand the taste and preferences
of the consumer and able to develop my personality with different skills and knowledge. Each
and every individual person has their own skills and knowledge. Due to my weakness I am not
able to accomplish mu personal as well as professional goals in an appropriate manner. apart
from that due to weakness it will be hard for me to get promoted and enhance the career growth.

as professional life I will work on different plans of action which are mentioned as follows:
