INTRODUCTION
Personal SWOT Analysis is undertaken as the technique which have been utilised over the

may determine as well as acknowledge their strengths and opportunities, it would understand in

weaknesses and threats posed to them, this is possible for focusing upon as well as develop a
plan for improving or reduce the potential harm if left unattended. The personal SWOT analysis

Strengths, one of the key strength is that I have completed my master degree into
management and efficaciously educated. Moreover, I am too confident who always try in
interacting with the new person. In addition to this, I am also the fast learner as well as may
become competent for choosing the changes in working atmosphere. Additionally, I also have
skills such as stronger team and seeks for various chances of work as team. Also, the other
strengths which has been analysed is that I have efficient work experiences within different
organisation.
Weaknesses, The main weaknesses are that, generally I does not become competent for
focusing as well as postpone my few of the practices. Moreover, I am also lacking in innovative
skills that may be observed during my performance or activities. In addition to this, the other
weakness is poor leadership that drives towards inadequate persuading as well as inspiring

strengths and represent the several difficulties for me. Additionally, personnel management is
also one of the weakness as I undertaken it the much tough and hard for ensuring developed co-
operations as well as integrations within the person that outcomes into a sense of ineffective
communications.
Opportunities, my master degree into management that might assists me in improving the
in depth acknowledging how the firm performs. Additionally, for maximising my innovative
level, I could have to conduct with others person as it would assists me in maximising the whole
innovations. Moreover, for keeping concentrated I might observe several motivational speeches
online. In addition to this, there are several online sites that I may utilise for accumulating the
feedbacks from various individuals as well as perform on those like wise to enhance my
performance and productivity level. Also, I could enrol for various clubs in order to overcome
from my weaknesses.
Threats, individual’s who are concentrated as well as possess efficacious innovative skills
that may improve threats for me and also impacts my whole productivity. Moreover, without
having efficient leadership skills which may reduce my chances of career development into
particular sector. As I utilised my competencies in order to perform for organisation which do
not facilitates any kinds of professional training to me. In addition to this, I might become
competent for determining this harder as well as time taking for rendering training in
comparison to others. Instead of this, new technology growth into sector would also consider as
threat for my effectual growth into entities (Teoli, Sanvictores and An, 2019).
Some recommendations are:
 In order to overcome from the weaknesses it has been recommended to attend various
several motivational speeches online.
 For developing the leadership skill it has been recommended that I would not able to
participate in several task such as developing situational awareness, motivational
seminars and so on (Waliszewski and Zięba-Szklarska, 2020)s.
 For improving the technical skills I would join few online courses in context to
technology.
