INTRODUCTION
Emplacement is the art of getting the work done with other in exchange for money to
increase satisfaction. This report provides a reflective journal on employment with brief
description about different factors which impact the activities of employment in business
organization effectively. Report also identifies the personal leaning from the literature to increase
the personal development to achieve high performance effectively.
REFLECTIVE JOURNAL

I have learned that it is very essential to have potential skills and knowledge in improving
my performance if different organization (Mitola, Rinto and Pattni, 2018). In my opinion there
are different organization which uses different strategies and methods to deals with their
employees and also motivate them. I personally would effectively engage in the organization
which has effective communication channel and clear organization structure so that I can get
better commands from my leader to achieve my objectives. I will be more engaging and
motivating where all the employees have better skills and knowledge to achieve their tasks and
also reduces disputes in the organization. It is also very essential for me to gain better
knowledge and skill which will help to be motivated towards many tasks and engage me
effectively. I will be m,ore engaged in the organization which have healthy working environment
of the company. I will be motivated in the organization which have better employment policies
and better training and development for employees to improve performance effectively. This will
help me to understand all the factors and making myself more aware by gaining all the
knowledge and skills of motivation and leadership skills. There are many organizations which do
not have proper leaders and lack unity in command due to unclear structure this discourages me
to engage in the companion.
I have learned that organizational culture play very important role in increasing the
productivity of the organization and reaching its objectives effectively. In my opinion it is
essential for me learn different leadership styles and approaches which can increase my potential
in understanding the task effectively (Dinning, 2017). From the module I have also gathered
information that it is very important from organization to increase the employee relation to
reduce employee turnover and reduce cost of training new employees. Team work skills also

helped to gain understanding that how to increase team work and shared values effectively
(Fleuren and et.al., 2018).

There is a great impact on the working in an organization of personality, identity and
emotions according to me because they have to make the working of the organization be strong
(Dixon, 2018). There are a lot of factors which are going to impact the functioning because of
the personality because their attitude depends upon their personality. The employees should get a
healthy environment according to me because they are the backbones of the organization, and
they must get the best of surroundings to function in so that the organization can increase their
productivity level. I feel like employees must have a balanced personal and professional life so
that they can function accordingly which is a very important factor for them. Organization must
have the right knowledge of the employees which are working in the company so that they can
make the decisions according to them so that they can have a better functioning and the
competition in the market can be maintained.
The competition in the market is increasing and that is why they have to make sure that
the emotions and personality of the employees have to be good so that the organization can
maintain their standards accordingly (van Doorn, 2019). I feel like the employees must not let
the personal life get between their professional life so that they can have a better functioning for
themselves and the organization will be able to have a better functioning for themselves. All
individuals in organization have their personal identity which has to be managed so that the
organization can have a better functioning for themselves.

When it comes to employment my strengths would be that I am good at communication
because in any organization that is a very important factor. There are a lot of gaps which can be
built because of lack of communication which I have worked upon so that the information and
clarity in organization is maintained (Shamsudin, 2020). I can solve a lot of problems which
come in my way which is a very good factor for the organization and that will make the
organization have a healthy environment to work in. I have self motivation within me so that I
can complete the tasks on time which is a very important factor for the organization so that the

organization can achieve their objectives and goals from time to time. Finishing the tasks on time
is my speciality which I have worked upon so that the organization can have a better functioning
and the organization will be able to capture the market effectively and efficiency of the
organization will also be maintained.
The weakness I face are that there are a lot of times I can not work as a team because I
am unable to convey the emotions which I feel therefore it is very hard for me to work as a team.
There is a lot of pressure which I personally can not handle because there is a lot of
responsibilities which come in the organization which I have to complete so that the organization
can function productivity and I do not affect the functioning of the organization.

I will increase my team work and coordination skills by accepting challenges and also
involving in different co curricular activities with my team members which will help to develop
my potential effectively (Lee and et.al., 2017). I also need to learn how to manage my work to
reduce the stress by adopting time management in my and planning my actions before starting it.
CONCLUSION
This report concludes that it is very essential for employees to have effective leaving
about all the skills to increase the performance of organization and be motivated to achieve
organisation's objectives effectively.
