Personal SWOT Analysis
Strengths
One of my biggest strengths is the passion and the dedication that I am
able to devote to the work that I do. No task is ordinary for me and I
devote all my energies into getting my work done fully and completely
I am a patient person. I have the ability to listen to and understand
what other people have to say without imposing my views for the most
part.
Weaknesses
I tend to become anxious very easily when I am not able to achieve my
goals. This is a trait that may go against me as an entrepreneur as I will
start fretting as if work does not go according to plan.
I have a tendency to sometimes crack under pressure, which is also not
a good thing, given that, as an entrepreneur I may be subjected to
several pressure like situations.

PERSONAL SWOT ANALYSIS
Opportunities –
Since I am a good speaker and I also have an approachable personality, I
can get my subordinates at work to feel convinced enough to do their
jobs well, without being bogged down by self – doubt and lack of
confidence
As a passionate and dedicated individual, I will be able to motivate my co
workers and subordinates to give their best to the work that they do in
order to truly realize their potential
Threats
My tendency to break down easily in trying situations and to be too
anxious about not meeting my goals are a disadvantage of mine that can
work to the advantage of my competitors who could be more calm and
level headed than me and who can guide their employees to keep their
cool and work towards their goals instead of fretting and fuming
