Personal development refers to the activities that help in the developing personal
capabilities and potential, build human capital and enhance the quality of life along with the
realization of the aspirations. It is associated with the procedure of self discovery and self
actualization that guides the way of living of an individual. Moreover professional development
is described as learnings for maintaining the professional credential which involves academic
degrees to formal courses (Pugh and Broome,2020) . This concept involves all forms of
education and learning which is intended to help employees to be better and more efficient. The
topic for this report is finance, on the basis of which further analysis is completed and will
evaluate the information about personal development in professional field along with the
employability services.

Finance is a broad term, that is associated with the oversight, creation and study of
money, banking, credit, investments, assets and liabilities which together make up financial
system. Financial professionals use knowledge of finance, accounting and tax law in order to
provide services in field of finance. This offers variety of positions on basis of different skills
and interests along with sub-industry that provides niche opportunities to individuals
(Hildebrand, 2018). The financial services is multifaceted, that is also consist of the several
positions and roles for instance promotes entrepreneurship, provides easy access to loans and
capital etc. In addition to this, financial planners are the one who helps individuals to develop
their plan which ensures about their present and future financial stability. Moreover, corporate
finance jobs is refers to working for a company in which individual has a capacity of finding and
managing the necessary capital for the smooth running of enterprise. It is done while maximizing
corporate value and eliminating financial risk. This is also divided into sub categories such as
forecasting profit and loss, preparations of financial statement, relationship management with
outside auditors. Furthermore, investment backing is also one of the professional field in finance
that has most elegant and intense career jobs. As this facilitates new issuance of firm's security
and bring them into the market for investors so that they can purchase them. professional filed of

finance is exist almost every company and in every industry as this generates money which is an
first step for launching an business and outlines an long term goal along with sustainability.

Finance has been covered a lot of ground which is associated with how money is
managed and process of how funds are acquired. Job in finance is requires an understanding of
accounting principles along with clear understanding of best approaches in order to raising funds
and investing capital. It is mainly divided into three categories, personal finance, corporate
finance and public finance which is further divided into sub categories. I am seeking for
corporate finance job in which I will handle day to day financial operation of the company along
with short and long term business goals. Corporate finance has been acquire designation for any
business division that handles or manages financial activities of a firm. I have select this finance
sector because it is consist of many different viable career paths. As there so many different kind
of jobs in this field, for instance accountants, financial advisor, account manager, analysts,
treasures and many more. My job interest will be accountant, as I enjoy while working with
numbers and I am quite goods in this. It is going to help me in driving new concepts as this this
involves assimilating new informations and data, managing new projects and meeting with new
peoples. It is a career planning applied by me which will help in getting my dream job in this
specified field that will enhance my productivity and consistency .

As I have already discussed above about my interest field that is finance and I would like
to pursue accountant job as because I am interested in working with an corporate world.
Accountant is the one who records all business transactions on behalf of company and
responsible for interpreting that financial records. I have a good analytical skills that will help in
effectively collecting and analysing financial data which is an large part of accounting. Along
with this, my communication skills is excellent which is important for accountants as they must
be able to listen and communicate carefully as to accurately gather facts and figures form clients,
managers and stakeholders. Now a days compute literacy becomes important, professionals in
this field used advanced accounting software in which I am having an 6 month course certificate.
These qualities will help me in become competent and will provides support in better and
productive performance.

Accounting job is my core interest as I enjoy while learning accounting but along with
this, it includes various challenges such as competition. accounting industry is consist of the high
competition for this I will more concentrate on my accounting specialities along expanding my
technological skills as I already having an computer literary in accounting advanced software.
In addition to this developing customers loyalty base on positive customers experience is critical,
but I will effectively manage this problem as I have a excellent communication skills through
which I will be able to maintain a good customers relation.
CONCLUSION
As per above discussion it has been concluded that finance is a broad term that
encompasses creation and study of money, credit, assets, liabilities etc. this is associates with
many professional jobs such as financial planner, accountant, financial analytics etc. furthermore
analysis on career planning has been done over the job which is selected is accountant. Along
with qualities and competence that will provide support in career path and will also used in
overcoming various challenges in specified field.
