From the above mentioned Personal Development Plan, my various objectives could be
determined for completion in order to achieve desired goals. There are many aspects that could
become barrier in completion of these objectives and achievement of desired goals. English
being universally accepted language creates a necessary requirement for an individual in
communicating with other people. English is a language which requires consistency in practice
of learning as well as speaking with appropriate vocabulary (De Vecchi and et. al., 2018). A
person with good command over English finds it way more facilitating in building healthy
relationship with other people as compared to people lacking in this language.
I need to uphold myself with enough confidence and strong will power to attain desired
objectives and developing good command over English literature and vocabulary. Furthermore,
this process also involves appropriate choice of words according to the particular situation faced
by the user. Appropriate choice and use of words would allow me to express my views and
opinions efficiently and will facilitate in eliminating aspects of misinterpretation or
misunderstanding (Ely, Burton and Ormrod, 2020). All these positive initiatives and efforts will
result in developing effective communication skills and will enhance my ability to understand
views and thought process of other person.
The foremost aim being comprised of all the desired objectives is to become inspirational
example for my daughter and a perfect wife for my husband. A recognition and appreciation
from my daughter and husband is my priority to be achieved with completion of all these
objectives. Completion and achievement of these objectives will provide me with a social

recognition of a lady with strong will power and determination. Attaining this recognition will be
a long journey with various barriers and difficulties to faced. In addition to that, I have motivated
myself in holding strong will power and consistency in putting additional efforts in this whole
journey full of difficulties (Gubbins and Hayden, 2020).

Learning process requires determination and strong will power to facilitate consistency in
learning process for self-development and acquiring knowledge and information. For instance,
this individual quality becomes my major strength in conquering over barriers faced in self-
development and personal growth. Another important strength being knowledge of two different
languages i.e. Russian and Romanian. Knowledge of these language allow me to communicate
with people of Russian and Romanian culture which enhances my social connect to people.
English is a universally accepted and applied language for communication with people
within our country as well as from different countries. Lack of command in English will become
a barrier in personal growth as individual require effective communication for self development
and recognition in society. Lack of knowledge in English also results in demeaning self-
confidence in various social and personal aspects. These factors results in being my major and
primary weakness in order to pursue and succeed in life (Kubiak, 2021).
Accomplishment of my desired objectives will provide me various opportunities further.
The employment opportunities in today's dynamic environment requires employees with a good
command over English literature and vocabulary for better coordination in the workplace. These
opportunities will also provide me chances for communicating with professionals which will
improve my social values and also result in appreciated recognition in society. For instance,

communication is an essential requirement in today's world for individual growth towards
succession in life which involves English language as it is applicable universally.
Lacking in English language could become a serious threat in my personal as well as
professional life. Inefficient communication with barrier will affect my personal growth whereas
lack of knowledge of English language will affect my professional career. Insufficient
knowledge of language could lead to misinterpretation as well as improper expression of
message between people communicating with each other (McDonagh and et. al., 2019).
Objectives
To build a command over English language and vocabulary for effective communication
with people in society. I will be considering English books and novels, interacting with
professionals and experts, initiatives for conversations in English, etc.
To enhance my communication skills for betterment in understanding and expressing
views and opinions for effective communication between two or more persons. Therefore, it
results in maintaining a healthy relationship by eliminating factors of misinterpretation and
inappropriate expression of thoughts and opinions.
To become an inspirational and admirable example for my daughter and a perfect wife
for my husband. This is my last and most desired objective for personal satisfaction and also
determines completion of personal objectives.
Goals
I have classified my desired goals on the basis of target time duration for achievement
which are Short term, Medium term, and Long term goals. My primary short term goal is to
enhance my communication skills with understanding appropriate choice of words to be used.
Moreover, maintaining consistency in learning and executing communication skills will promote
betterment and enhancement towards effective and efficient communication. Consistency will
allow me to learn something new daily for better communication and self-development.
My medium term goals are social recognition and appreciation for my capabilities and
efficient communication skills developed with all these efforts and initiatives. Social recognition
provides satisfaction and motivation for succeeding in life on personal as well as professional
basis. Accomplishment and completion of my medium term goals requires initiative efforts
towards meeting professionals and experts for recognition of my skills and abilities. I will be

considering an consistent lifelong approach for betterment and improvisation in my personal and
professional development (Pochtaryova and Vasyagina, 2020).
Being an inspirational example for my daughter and a perfect wife for my husband are
my major Long term goals. For instance, I want my daughter to be inspired by me with
achievement of desired goals and strong will power. All these efforts and initiatives were
regulated by me for final achievement of my long term goals. Achievement of these goals will
determine my success in life personally as well as professionally. Furthermore, all these efforts
initiated and difficulties faced in the journey of accomplishment of Long term goals will be
worth after final achievement of these goals.
Conclusion
From the above evaluation of reflective report, it could be concluded that achievement of
my desired goals will allow me become an inspirational example for my daughter and a perfect
wife for my husband. My action plan will support me in accomplishment of these goals and
objectives gradually but surely. Furthermore, these initiatives and efforts will prevent me from
lacking behind due to insufficient knowledge and language for communication.
