Career options for ENFJ Personality type
I came to know about 16 Personality Test for conducting character/personality
analysis. However, I would deal with ENFJ personality type in this assessment. This specifies
extrovert, Intuitive, have control over my feelings and is judgemental. The percentile for
these attributes are as follows:
 Exrovert (34%)
 Intuitive (41%)
 Feeling (22%)
 Judgmental (6%)
After thorough research, I found that the persons with this personality type, need to
possess flexibility in the interpersonal skills. This is in terms of maintaining the pace with the
others in the workplace. I feel elated to be among the ones with this personality types. This is
because this type of personality have productive prospects in the career. I have learnt that this
personality type is common in the management levels. Apart from this, occupations like
healthcare, community and academics also possess persons with this personality type.
Researching about the career determinants, I came across Jung’s Career Indicator. I affirm
with his arguments regarding the representation of the individuals in the areas, where they are
mostly satisfied.
Entrepreneur
I agree with the fact that personal preferences helps in determining the skills, abilities
and competencies of an individual. This is also applicable in case of an entrepreneur. I think
application of the preconceived skills and abilities helps the individuals to assess their
capabilities in terms of mitigating the risks. Emerging successful in this aspect yields positive
results and makes the individuals satisfied and contented.

Deeper insight into the personality type
I got to learn that the persons with this personality type are the representatives of
humanity. Their talents are the keystone towards creating positive image in the minds of
others. Sound interpersonal skills and salesmanship are the agents for controlling others. I can
relate the Great Man Theory in this aspect, as their traits makes them a complete entity.
However, their assumptions are limited in terms of their representation, which places them in
the group of beings, searching for meaning in their existence. I have also learnt that people
with this personality type, are great learners. Their focus and thought horizons are broad,
which reflects their inquisitiveness towards cognitive growth and development.
I found it striking that some of the people with this personality type can very well
maintain the balance between the personal and professional life. This capability is crucial for
laying proper foundation of entrepreneurship. With judgment, I can relate the aspects of
judgemental. However, I gained awareness regarding the difference of this personality type
from SJ or NTJ.
One of the other aspects, which I found interesting is that the organizational skills of
the people with this personality type. Along with this, I have achieved an understanding that
these people practice spontaneous decision-making and have more resistance power than the
colleagues. Consciousness towards self needs is strong in the case of these people Thin
boundaries prevents the occurrence of risks, which I think, acts as self defense for these
people. One of the praiseworthy points is that these people are practical in terms of taking
burdens. This approach is appropriate in terms of enhancing their skills, knowledge, abilities
and competencies. Here, one of the striking facts is that failure in terms of decision making
compels the people of this personality type, to encounter depression. The most immediate
outcome of this is suicides or indulging in criminal activities. Typical evidence of this lies in

the possession of guns in case of the 3% population of United States. This suggests meagre
criminal psychology and indicates more of intuition towards self-defense. As a result of this,
out of 80 court cases, 50 are devoid of any hearing arguments. According to the statistical
report, 2,626,418 death cases are recorded in US. This accounts for natural deaths rather than
criminal cases. In 2016, 44,965 suicides were recorded in US.
Personal position
I feel myself privileged because I am far away from such crimes. Possession of a good
friend circle helps me to have good thoughts. My research work broadens my knowledge and
thought horizons, enhancing my perspectives about the worldly issues. I take help from the
seniors, which helps me to gain an insight into the mistakes, which I am committing in my
performance. I feel evaluation is beneficial for me in terms of upgrading the standards and
quality of my personality. Before indulging in a new friendship, I study their psychology,
which helps me in averting any unwanted instances. This observation provides me with an
insight into the different characteristic shades of different people. Rationality in this
observation helps me to maintain the stability within friendship. This rationality creates a
positive image about me within my friends.
