INTRODUCTION
The main motive of this report is to identify the change in my attitude and behaviour
through my entire learning process so that I am able to achieve greater success in the future. This
essay will present what I have learnt in my module in the entire four weeks of my training
through various examples that showed my strength and weakness during the training session.
Further, I will explain how I applied my certain knowledge and skills to complete certain tasks
through using models so that my future growth can be improved in effective manner.
MAIN BODY
I have developed a great learning experience in my overall training period. As in my first
week of training the assessor’s discussed the aim of the training and what all I will gain at the
end of my training period. Moreover in my first week I was assigned certain topic to get the idea
of the various aspects that will be covered through the module. Further, I was explained the
importance of digital marketing and how it is helpful in my professional areas in the future. For
this purpose I was given tasks of how files are created using the goggle drive. Furthermore, I
have learnt how to name digital file in the storage section (Erath and et.al., 2018). Thus, I worked
very hard to practice such tasks through using social media channels and certain websites’ that
help me further to get extra knowledge on this concept. For example: I have searched on digital
media topic on the Google and selected some sources that I find out were right and authentic for
collecting any facts and information. Also, I have evaluated such sources to my extent of
knowledge so that it would help me in the future. Hence, my searching skills through the digital
media have also been improved to great extent initially.
In my second week my assessor focus was to enhance my critical and creative thinking
as I was confused choosing one source out of the rest available to me as all look very similar and
reliable to in my opinion. Moreover, I was having feeling of hesitation to ask certain question
regarding the various digital literacy content with my assessor. For example: Use of various
extensions such as jpg., rar. and much more that confused me a lot but gradually I have learned
to overcome this through my practice sessions (Howell, Roberts and Mancini, 2018). Further
creative thinking will help me look the problems from the fresh perspective rather than just
worrying and stressing at it. Another example is my assessor help me provide certain topics that
I was given for search based on my prior knowledge so that I can think in both conceptual and

abstract terms and later my assessor identified my weakness and helped me overcome it in
effective manner.
My third week focus was on improving the communication and academic writing skills.
Earlier I have observed that my communication skills are very poor and hence I was not able to
communicate openly with many people due to which many doubts remain unclear. Also, it’s my
weakness that my writing skills are not so good and thus need to be improved that was found
difficult for me to achieve as I read very less content over various platforms. Thus my assessor
provided me with certain literature books and asked me to go through it so that my speaking
skills would be improved and also I would able to write certain content in proper and effective
manner. For example: I read various blogs, watch podcasts, go through various academic
literature etc. as I know that only this will help me to become good learner over the due course of
time . Hence, I develop the oral communication skills through started interacting with certain
individuals and group that will helped me to understand their skills and motivated me to develop
the same for future reference (Mirhosseini, Lavasani and Hejazi, 2018). Moreover, my
difficulties in using grammar, punctuation, checking spelling etc. have also been improved so
that I am able to form sentences in proper and appropriate manner. Also I have learnt the
different styles of writing that are used according to the type of context the learner wants to
deliver through the reports. These styles can be in form of reports, essay, paragraphs,
presentation etc. that were also been practiced by me through various study materials and
websites.
Last in my fourth week have learnt how to write any proper reflection. For this purpose
I have searched various websites on how to write best content for all that I have gained during
my module sessions. During my searches I have found that best reflection is written in essay
format and is mostly applied using certain models. For my experience I have tried using the
driscoll model and Gibbs reflective model (Jere, 2020). using the driscoll model I was able to
address certain question such as what was happened, what was the observation, how do I react
and how other people react etc. While through the Gibbs model I evaluated my learning
experience on the basis of feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion etc. Furthermore, I was able
to grasp the overview of my past activities in the module and analysed what actions can be made
to improve it in the future. Hence I was able to focus on my weakness in more appropriate

manner so that I am successful in both personal and professional business field in due course of
time.
In the end, it can be said that my behaviour and experience was completely changed and
improved through this entire module. Moreover my assessor was very cooperative in developing
an environment where I can learn things in quick and easy manner. Further, by overcoming my
certain weakness I was also able to develop certain skills with the help of my assessor and
teammates that will be proved effective for my future growth and success.
