INTRODUCTION
• My name is Ion Lupan, 52 years old, now I am taking the necessary steps
to access higher education, after an experience of over 30 years in the
field of work, including managerial positions.

OVERVIEW
• The portfolio will analyze future Me. And also living CV. Besides that, it
will be described about LinkedIn profile.
• The portfolio will explain SWOT analysis that is my strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats (Teoli and et.al., 2019).
• How reflective skills by using the reflective model that is Rolfe model
will help in explaining the core benefits of the study. This model is
taken because it describe 3 stages and is easy to use.
• And finally, SMART goals will be prepared.

• So, I can develop this skill with help of Rofle model. It is defined as below :
• What – I got to know that what are skills which I lack by doing SWOT. Also, I did
write about what I have to do in future. It helped me to gave insight about my
future goals. I also prepared a CV on basis of my current skills.
• So what – thus now I have to decided to follow action plan so that I can develop my
skills. it will help me to attain future goals. I did search on internet about action
plan and how it is prepared. So, I developed it by taking help of expert.
• Now what – Now, I will follow this concept so that I am able to develop an effective
portfolio. I will keep finding out my weakness and improving it through action plan.
Moreover, I will keep updating my CV on basis of my skills.

Fact's:
- For a single job there are 10 other companies that teach you how to make
mistakes.
- It is very easy to adapt the CV for a job.
- It is almost impossible to adapt yourself in accordance with that CV.
- Be honest.

So, I can develop this skill with help of Rofle model. It is defined as below :
• What – a living CV is language of learning outcomes which student can understand.
I have never heard of it. I think that living CV is a good idea as it will help me to
develop my own CV in effective way. Also, I will be able to recognise my learning
outcomes easily. Besides that, I have looked at examples of living CV of others
(Kozikoglu, 2019). So, I gained insight of this.
• So what- I evaluated my own CV and found that it needs to be improved. In that
skills mentioned was appropriate, but education written was not proper. Thus, it
could be improved. So, I searched ways of improving my CV (Post, and et.al., 2017).
I started gaining knowledge about language, structure, style of CV, etc. I took
guidance and suggestion as well from others on how to improve CV.
• Now what – the people explained me to make changes in way of writing education
qualification. In that, I need to make table and then write down it. Thus, now I feel
that my CV is more accurate and proper (Teoli, and et.al., 2019). It looks like a up to
date CV. Therefore. I decided to make my CV up to date and updating it.

CONCLUSION
• Thus, from the above PPT it is concluded that through SWOT analysis I
was able to analyze my core strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats.
• Along with this, action plan was created I want to improve my
leadership and time management skills. Also, I want to gain more
knowledge about marketing.
• By use of Rofle model I will be able to make changes in my CV to make
it more effective and updated.
