on my personal development measures. The PDP plan helped me in analysing my current
efficiency and the future development aspect to attain professional development in Hilton Hotel.
My communication skills and analytical skills developed in a significant manner. I developed the
technicality of verbal and non verbal techniques in formal communication.
I also enhanced interpersonal skills moderately. However, I have wide scope for further

keep a regular track of time management and short term goals for personal growth aspects in the

help me to develop my personal development in an effective manner. Therefore, I was able to
