development needs is not finalizing deadline for them. For this reason it takes a huge time to be
improved.

As the major areas for development are identified previously but apart from that there are
also some areas are there through which it will be easy to get the organizational objectives easily.
The major area which are found to develop the personal development needs are use of effective
management techniques for taking relevant decision for John Lewis (Dubrin, A., 2015). Other
than this, it also required to update the development plan so that I will be able to archive those
remaining objectives.
For updating the plan the most necessary thing is to set deadline for all the objectives that
will help to achieve them more perfectly. For making myself motivated at the workplace I will
work on watching motivational videos. That will help me find the expects knowledge on how to
become motivated at the workplace. Apart from this, I will also work on make contribution in the
organizational activity through which I will be able to make myself active and motivated at the
workplace. I need to set deadline for this which is 1 month. It states that I have to complete the
objective in 1 month.
Other than this, my next objective is to managing work on time which is not achieved by
me. For this, I need to finalize time of a least 2 month and also I have to work on organizing
work according to its priority. That will help me to manage the work on time ads other than this
also I will be able to make distribution of work according to the interest of people. This will
make them able to complete more effectively. Apart from this, I can also work on getting
such as managing work on time as it is not possible to learn management of work buy just
reading the management books and attending seminars of professional people (Solomon, Costea
and Nita, 2016). Other than this, I also not able to make myself self motivated at the workplace

For updating the plan the most necessary thing is to set deadline for all the objectives that

work on watching motivational videos. That will help me find the expects knowledge on how to
become motivated at the workplace. Apart from this, I will also work on make contribution in the
organizational activity through which I will be able to make myself active and motivated at the
workplace. I need to set deadline for this which is 1 month. It states that I have to complete the
objective in 1 month.
Other than this, my next objective is to managing work on time which is not achieved by
me. For this, I need to finalize time of a least 2 month and also I have to work on organizing
work according to its priority. That will help me to manage the work on time ads other than this
also I will be able to make distribution of work according to the interest of people. This will
make them able to complete more effectively. Apart from this, I can also work on getting
