1REFLECTION
The aim of this paper is to discuss the personal learning process which has effectively
helped me to grow through the studies of this course. The chief focus remains on the
development of the leadership skills and all the other aspects that support the growth of
leadership through different theoretical and practical practices. The growth process will be
faster when the personal strengths will be utilised properly and the weakness will be
transformed into strengths. This paper will be analysing the primary reflection. Secondary
reflection and future intentions so that a perfect understanding of the plan can be understood.
Primary reflection:
Through the course I have develop some of the strengths in me that have effectively
helped me in the gaining advantage in the competition scenario. On this regard, the Gibb’s
reflective cycle need to be discussed (Gallagher et al. 2017). In the beginning, the
description of the actions needs to be detailed where I have developed the learning
capabilities and completed them within the desired time frame. I focussed more on the class
activities and group meetings so that I could develop the team work skills and gain in depth
knowledge about the process and capacities of the leaders to run an organisation. My feelings
is that as I aim to hold the position of marketing manager, I have to be competent enough to
manage the team members and take care of them, so that the achievement of goals become
easy (Middleton 2017). In the evaluation part, it can be said that in the course of learning and
guiding process, my mentors have helped me in a great deal. I have gained support from the
professors and the learning curriculum in such a way that I have developed confidence and
self-presentation capability. I have developed understanding of all types of data and their
process of utilisation in the business management process.

communication skills, management of stress and pressured from all the aspects and improve

In the event of dealing with the personal weaknesses and the gap of competitiveness, I
have gained support from the university learning process. First of all, the process of gaining
assistance from the tutors and access to the library books have helped me in a great deal. My
aim to keep up to date with the university work and no falling behind in any schedule work. I
have gained access to different types of study materials and all types of guidance from the
tutors who have clarified case studies and gave examples related to my work. I have
effectively understood the materials gathered from the internet and libraries so that I do not
fail to reach the ultimate goal in the university classes.
The meetings and seminars I have attended during this particular course for the
learning of organisation process include my involvement with the group discussions. This has
led me to gain confidence with the studies and meetings. I have developed proper
understanding of the module as well as the new tasks so that I can motivate myself to be
organised when required. In this regard, I have gained full support from the group as well as
the tutor who gave me feedback honestly and perfectly to understand my weaknesses and the
gaps I need to cover. Thus I have developed an in depth understanding of the subject I have
learnt and grew proficiency in this way. In addition to this, I have also gained support in the
research processes based on the observation and expertise.
From this course I have realised that the understanding of the gaps are not only
important but implementing right decisions to overcome those are more essential to bridge
the concentration process. Through different types of university class work and projects along
