Critical Reflections on the usefulness of the Leadership Qualities based on personal
experiences
The reflections that would be presented in this particular section is dependent on the
experiences that I have gathered from my personal experiences and all the behaviours that I have
myself. I would like to focus on all of the factors based on the theory of leadership and management
and the ways by which the leadership qualities have been proven to be having a positive or negative
effect at a particular situation.
With the experiences that I have gathered so far about the theory and the practical application
of the theories in real-life situation, I have understood the factor that the influence of the leadership
factors is dependent on whether the subordinates are willing to trust the leader. I know that a leader
is not appointed and is chosen by the employees within the organization based upon their mutual
respect and faith. I also have come through the fact that this has been extremely visible that the
visible display of the dedications towards the leaderships gathered has been essentially helpful in

communication while innovating the processes to communicate is the best way possible to express
the way to effectively transfer the thought of the individual leader to the people in the organization.
I have also faced several situations where the older issues might be able to be removed with
the help of the newest techniques in leadership. I have also found that in extremely complex
situations, there might be the occurrences of the cases where people found it hard to tolerate the
development of a particular project or the operations within the organization, which is best handled
by the implementation of a proper leadership. I believe that a leader is the only capable being
between the employees within the organization that has the possibility of making it easier for every
people within the organization perceive any situation in the same way even if the people have
different perspectives. I also believe that as a leader, it is also essential to be providing focus on the
individual employees and their concerns as well. I would also want to reflect how much positive
effect does the compassionate behaviour of a leader exerts on the employees. I believe that the
people would want to have a compassionate leader who would not only want to make sure that the
work is being done at the right time, but also focuses on the genuine problems that each of them
have been facing during the course of the work. The compassionate behaviour can elaborate the
requirements of the leader to be adapting to all the relevant changes and at the same time must be
ready to provide training to the employees if they face any problems while attempting to solve any
issue out of their expertise. This is also helpful to foster the environment of continued growth.
Moreover, leaders must practice effective learning. Lastly, effective skills of communications are the
key to create trust with teammates and get to buy into the vision. Ultimately, the leaders must be
cultivating a vision of inspiration. This is to inspire and motivate people to perform the best task and
pursue goals and projects, enabling them to grow.
