INTRODUCTION
Learning styles refer to the manner which is practised by the learning in order to learn or
make something receptive to it. In the report own personal leaning identity would be explored in
which various types of learning styles and methodologies what I personally follow in attempt to
learn the things aligning with my personal intelligence (Manurung and Rohmah, 2021). On the
basis of the exploration I would be drafting my owns performance development programme for
the purpose of further improvement in my future learning performance to carry out the task
various aspects which are not performing on the mark would be taken into consideration.
MAIN BODY
Exploration of own personal learning identity.
In order to explore own personal identity it has been analysed that I am good at positive
personal and cultural identity which help for identifying in the competency which area also
involving understanding and awareness. Also, the appreciation I get from my collogues and
senior help to develop my knowledge (Drude, Maheu and Hilty, 2019.). At that time of quiz and
puzzle competition in college I always participate win the competition but from 1 years I am not
wining because strength of my classmates are better than mine, so I identified that I need to work
more in that. On the basis of personal learning identity I have analysed that being a beginner
learner it is necessary to work on hobbies and interests my hobby is related to readings by which
I can identify my interest in academic reading by which I get lots of knowledge and
understanding about assessment which are held in the school. It is also helped for improving the
grading systems ins order developing more knowledge about it. My friend like to play piano but
I never tried because my interest is different at the same time I always appreciate them in order
so that they feel positive and improve their skill. The decision-making skill of mine was not good
when is comes to group project and presentation so it is necessary to improve in future because
when I faced the situation I get frustrated and not able to take the decision (Nasution, 2020.).
Then I also explore about team management that help to create positive culture in the team which
help to provide technique and different method that including all the activity which is needs to
manage in the refers identifying improving learning.
On the basis of VARK model I have identified my learning in order to develop more also
its help for building strength of the individual. There are four type of learner in such ass visual
learner, auditory learning, reading and writing and kinaesthetic learning (Kumar and Pande,201).
