Strengths Weaknesses
One of my strengths include effective
communication skills which helps me
in representing my opinions in front of
others clearly. My effective
communication skills assist me in
understanding perspectives of other
persons and conveying relevant
information to people without any
misunderstanding. This strong ability of
mine also assist me in enhancing my
relationship with others as it builds
interactions with them(Gonzaga, 2019).
Another strength of mine is critical
thinking. This ability has helped me in
thinking creative that could develop
innovative ideas. This skill of mine has
also assisted me resolving conflicts
among people by making them
understand each other. This is an
important ability which is required in
any profession.
I lack in time management which
makes me inefficient in completing all
activities on required time period. I am
unable to organise my daily activities
and completing my tasks. This
weaknesses has impacted my desired
objectives.
Another weak skill of mine is unable to
become effective leader which
represent my lack in leadership
abilities. I am not good in providing
correct guidance and supervising
people which might impact my
professional live (Moosavi, 2019).
