INTRODUCTION
Individual personal learning is very significant thing in the human life. While any
children and adult go through the learning stage then they learn so many things which help them
in improving their existing knowledge, ability and skill. Every individual always learn from their
past and present experience (Hopkinson, 2014). In the present essay, the discussion has been
done on the individual learning who learn the English language with help of various tools and
resources such as computer, internet, online application, you tube etc. In this essay, the personal
learning environment has been critically studied with respect of student who prepare the project
of management.
ESSAY
Personal learning environment is a system which aid individual take control and manage
their own learning. It is a combination of the techniques, people, service that assist in developing
individualised resource and approach of the learning (Zepeda, 2012). While any individual enter
into the learning program then it is very essential to set the effective environment of learning
where learner can utilise all resources and techniques in their learning process (Calderhead,
2012).
I am student who wanted to improve English language in the school level so my major
objective is to investigate that method through which i can improve my English language. I am
student who wanted to learn the English language by use of the computer and other technical
equipment. With help of computer and other methods like e-learning, training and development,
self practices etc, i can easily gain an effective knowledge of the English.
I am going to learn the English language under which i focused on the several kinds of
method to enhance my vocabulary and English language. In this session, I am supposed to
collect various criteria and method through which i can improve my existing level of the
English. In my learning process my teachers and subordinates will defiantly will support me.
My father is working as English teacher who have knowledge of the English. While I attend the
class of English I have learnt so many things related to English like grammar, vocabulary etc. In
the English class room, teacher have effectively support and motivate to improve my English
language. I have also taken the help of secondary data of English. With help of secondary
information which is available on the internet, books, etc I have learnt English language.
Secondary data collection I can collect the information from various articles, newspaper, online

web sites, journals etc so it can be said that secondary data collection method can help to me in
enhancing my knowledge and idea about the English language. Personal learning environment of
mine in the English course is amazing. Teachers have given me all resources that has helped me
in improving my knowledge about development of English studies. Lectures teach us in the class
by using power point presentation. That can help me in improving my learning skill to great
extent. Sometimes I have to give presentation on the topic which is related to my course. While
giving presentation other students support me.

With help of internet sources and material I have effectively improved my English
language. With help of you tube and other application, I can learn to speak English with full of
confidence. My parents and teachers have effectively support me in enhancing my knowledge
about the English. In addition to this I have analysed in the class room that self assessment and
self practices is one of the effective method to enhance the skill and communication skill in

English. In this duration I have enhanced my self practices through which I have effectively
improved my self confidence through which I can improve my English language. I have also
studied in the group under which with help and support of team member I have written English
essay and enhance my English speaking.
Being a student my teachers organize some events in which English professor comes into
collage and provide effective knowledge and training about the English language. This helped
me in improving my existing level of English. They give some scholar students opportunity to
work with them as trainee. This learning is amazing for me because this can give me practical
work life experience.
In this duration of English learning I have got the detail knowledge and understanding
about the subject of English. In this aspect, various approaches of the English has studied by me
which help me to understand the significance of English. This section in the learning has helped
me in improving my knowledge in English.
While I was starting to the learning on the English language then I have to focus on the
significance of the study. It is very important for me to focus on the importance of the study and
why it is important for me and my future. With help of this English class and study, I have gain
the knowledge about to analyse the case study and summarise the entire report. My analytical
skill has been also improved with help of this personal learning program.
During this personal learning session my I have also worked with my class mates. We
have collected prepare the essay and report in English. With help and support of my class mates
I have gathered the knowledge and idea about the English language. With help of this activity,
my team working skill and collaboration quality has been also improved. With help of the friend
support and participation I have accomplished the project on the time. During the learning phase
of English language, mostly my friends and family member support me as they provided
attractive idea to quickly learn the English language.
College also use learning management system (LMS) in order to give quality information
about their course. This is part of course which help in enhancing technical knowledge of mine.
It is powerful tool in which teachers teach us face to face in the classrooms. This teaching
process support me a lot in improving my learning and gaining in-depth information English
language.

While I am learning the English language then I have taken the support and help from various
kinds of technical sources such as computer, mobile application, google, you tube etc. In the
context of You tube, it is a kind of application which provide the facilities of video (Khan,
2017). With help of this I can see the criteria to speak English in an effective manner. In addition
to this, text to speech is another one of the significant method which helped me in high manner.
With help of text to speech technology, I can listen the English and do practices for speaking
English language by effective listening. Furthermore, google is another one of the effective
resource which helped me in large manner (Thelwall, 2017). At this platform I have searched the
several meanings and vocabulary of English. With help of the online application of learning, I
can easily learn to speak the English language in an effective manner.(Cool and et.al., 2017). In
this duration, You tube and Google application has mostly helped me because with help of these
techniques, I can explore the several material which can helped me in increasing English
language.
Overall I can say that this project about the English has been helped me in improving my
knowledge, creativity, communication skill, time management, analytical and long term thinking
technical skill. With help of computer, online articles, news papers, magazines in English and
other English material i have effectively improved my English languages. This project has
created the positive learning environment for me while I can utilise my all current skill and
knowledge about English course. This project knowledge can help me in accomplishing the
English because this provided me the complete knowledge of English. This project can also use
in the future time because this topic can implement on the other aspect. At the end of the project
I have faced some kind of the issue related to the conclusion summary and recommendation. My
weak decision making skill has created the issue at the time of conclusion and recommendation.
I have lack of effective decision making through which I am unable to take the decision about
the final results. With help of my tutors and team member in this project I have obtained the
right solution and outcome of the study.
Thus, from the entire study it has been analysed that in order to learn the English
language several kinds of opportunities and challenges has been faced by me.” I have learnt so
many things, skill, ability and knowledge. This helped me in enhancing English language.
Hence, I can say that personal learning environment helps to me in improving my existing
knowledge, idea, skill and ability about the English. This will help me in the future while I will

prepare the essay in English and communicate with other people in English. From the entire
study I have also learnt that personal learning environment creates the positivity for the
individual under which they are influence to learn something new. This helps in improving the
personality and professionalism which will help in the future.
CONCLUSION
Personal learning environment is a set of techniques, criteria and method which support
to individual in learning the new idea and knowledge. From this entire report it has been
concluded that while individual enters in the learning session and environment then they have
various kinds of opportunities to enhance their existing knowledge and skill. It has been
concluded that during this management course study, student have learnt various kinds of
knowledge and of idea about the subject and improve their time management, analytical, team
working skill. However, during this session he faced the dilemma to select the topic and collect
the secondary information.
