Stress management helps for breaks the hold stress that is in daily life so that individual
can be healthier, happier and more productive. Stress is impacted by academic performance
among student, those who are take more stress showed poor academic performance as compared
to those who reporting with lower stress (Chesak, Khalsa and Sood, 2019). Also, this is impacted
on their health by obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. Further, report is based on poor
stress management that is affect the learning, health and well-being . Also, discuss the effective
means of managing stress, nervous and feeling anxious for university student.
MAIN BODY
Poor stress management
Stress management refers to wide spectrum of technique which is aimed for control by
managing level of stress with the purpose of improving everyday functioning. Poor stress
management is refers to the lashing out others in the context of emotionally or physically violent
outburst. Poor stress management affect adversely the student with their academic performance.
On the basis of secondary research it has been analysed that there are various reasons of stress
for the student such as excessive home work, stress of exam, competition, etc. At the exam time
student are taking too much load in order completes the syllabus in very short period (Herawati
and Gayatri, 2019). This is the common factor of stress which affect students by their health an
affecting the academic performance of the students. For the student of University they take more
stress in order to adopt self learned techniques.
According to author It can be said that the pressures of getting high marks ins exam and
then concern about receiving poor grades affect the individual. Also, student committed that this
is typical to taking test while having stress. OCED 2017, found that there are more than 55 % of
student who are feel very anxious in order to report by feel very tense when studying on the other
girls are very anxious about school testing even when they are prepared for test. Also, 37% of
girls are feeling tensed when studying with girls consistently reporting by greater anxiety related
to schoolwork as compared to boys. Jones, Park and Lefevo, (2018) analyse the impact of
academic study is related to stress is related to outcome of student and well- being that are not
comprehensibly explored. When the stress is related to academic it is effect mental health and
well-being.

Higher education causes of stress management affected by decreases the quality of managing
stress in order to development of more serious mental health issues which are related to
depression and anxiety. There is the reciprocal relationship of stress and health, on the basis of
technology student are taking support for studies that help to change their lives balance as well as
this impacted on their life. In addition to this stress sometimes work positive in orders to manage
the work by putting more efforts for completing the task. Morrish, (2019) has contradicted that it
impacted by excessive use of technology affect the mental health by taking too much pressure.
Also, mental health of student is affected by both the aspect one academic stress and technology.
This is becoming the challenge of every student in order to work more on technology outcomes.
The study is suggested that depression and academic impairment are link with behaviour
problem and attentional deficits. Also, depression may work ass strongly associated in order to
manage the failure, problems conducted by stress.
Academic related stress and learning
Poor stress management affect learning of student in order to impact on technique of self
learning, as well as memory formation by leading to robust memories, also this is impairs
memory retrieval, risk of achieving at exams. Due to stress student are not focus on learning in
class and this directly effect producing poor quality of work by and reduce the results. There are
the negative relation of stress and performances of student.
According to O’Neill, Yoder Slater and Batt, (2019) it can be criticized that toxic stress
weakens the architecture for developing brain that can lead to life long problems in learning,
physical and mental health, Student are facing the problem by affecting the relationship in
college with student and teachers due to mental health.
Effective means of managing stress, feeling anxious, nervous Exercise- This is the basic practice which help student to reduce stress by doing exercises
one time a day. Also, it helps to feel good in order to provide positive energy. Also, I
boost their mental peace in order to manage all the stress. For example, student should
more focus on hobbies such as basketball, dancing, boxing etc. Build relationship with people- For the individual it is necessary to build relationship
with other such as to ask question with teachers and reply them clearly. Also, this help to
build positive relationship that manage the stress accordingly. In addition to this it is also
necessary to focus on makes good friends who motivate for help in group studies. This is

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that present report is based on poor stress management that effect
student life. Also, this has been identified that there are causes of stress which affect health,
learning and anxious of student. Further, found that stress is taken by several reasons such as
exam, depression of workload of assignment that is why they do not perform well in class. In
results, it shows by lower grade that create more stress. Also, it has been recommended that there
are some basic activities which can be followed by student in order to manage the stress.
