Introduction
The aim of the report is to conduct a personal reflection on the basis of the events that
are crucial for the development of the stature in my future endeavor. As an enthusiast of the
field of management, it is crucial for me to understand the different aspects that would impact
my future development. The analysis would also allow me to find out the areas that I excel in
and the areas that I require to invest my crucial care so that I can develop my competence to
the areas where I lack my capabilities. In order to furnish the report, the course would involve
a discussion of my background which when posed against my current standards of personal
and professional life and the attributes expressed by me in both the course would allow me to
create an analysis of the strength and the weakness of the factors that exists in my persona.
The analysis would assists me in find the areas of opportunities and the areas where my
persona nurtures threats in the course of my endeavor in respect to both personal as well as
professional life. The analysis of the report would therefore allowed to be analyzed in the
context of certain theories that can be utilized in order to analyze the qualities from the
context of the management theories and their implication in personal reflection. The report
would also discuss the personal goals and the aspiration and the steps that need to be taken in
order to cater to the need of the personal enhancement.
Background My background can be used to reflect to my days previous to the ones when I
enrolled for the course of management in Canada. I remember my earlier days been a creative
one with me indulging in different kinds of activities that required a lot of inputs. Being
brought up in a joint family, we grew up with a large number of members in my family. I had
noted the implication of my growing up in respect of the fact that we hade inherently learned
how the deal with a large number of people. Gradually I had developed my bent of my mind
towards the stream of management. The globalization and the emerging organizations in the
global scenario can be noted to have contributed to the emergence of the differential factors

that in turn facilitated the growth of the organizations in the scenario. With the increase in the
numbers of the organizations and with the emergence of opportunities what took place in the
scenario is the involvement of a larger number of workforce. The scenario had enhanced the
feeling in me how the entire process of dealing with the multiplicity of people can be crucial
to the organizations they are a part of and how their involvement is enhancing the
productivity of their organization.
As such, my enthusiasm in the concerned domain has been aiding me in developing a
competence to the differential factors that affect the dealing with the people. In my early
universities day I had indulged in a part time work as an intern in the manager’s office, which
had allowed me to observe the aspects that are crucial to the organization and the ways they
are managed effect lively in order to enhance an understanding of the individuals in the
dynamic scenario. The next sections would be utilize to discuss the strengths and the
weakness as well as the threats and the opportunities that lie in the way of my interaction and
can prove as a guiding thread in my understanding of the aspects of my persona that I need to
work upon effectively. The factors that has been elucidated in the strengths and weakness can
be utilized in order to reflect to the theories of managements from the perspective of the
personal reflection. I would like to engage in the discussion as I would like to engage in a
discussion of the aspects of the personal attributes crucial for my development.
Management Strengths and Weakness
Strength
In my opinion my strength is hidden in the fact that I tend to engage in an effective
communication with the people residing around me. I have felt this in the due course of my
action that the communication is the key to enhance the effectiveness in the service of the

organization that is concerned (Tuten & Solomon, 2017). Also I have realized how crucial the
aspect of communication is to the passing on of the required series of information.
Another aspect of strength in my stature is the competence that I exhibit in terms of dealing
with the differential factors present in the organization. In mentioning the differential factors,
my hint is upon the cultural factors. As it has been discussed in the due course of discussion
how there has been a change in the organizational scenario with the advent of the
globalization. However, the current scenario is crucial in the understanding of the fact that the
globalization with its other differential factors have also welcomed the advent of the people
from the multiple cultural background. As such I exhibit my competence in dealing with the
subjects from a multiple cultural background whereby it has been easier interacting in them in
time of crisis.
Weakness
Though, I have demonstrated an understanding of the factors that are crucial to the
variation in the cultural sphere, needless to say it needs to be highlighted that I at times
knowingly and unknowingly tend to exhibit a certain amount of bias that stems from my
inherent prejudice with the factors that take place around me. However, I understand that
these areas need to be worked upon and requires my intervention (Robbins & Judge, 2013).
In competence to the technological advances also act as another weakness in my disposal
where the problem of the case can be noted in the understanding that the current scenario of
management is highly reliant on the domain of information and technology. The
implementation of technology has enhanced the effectiveness in the managerial process and
thereby it requires intervention in order to bring about effectiveness in the execution of
different process related to the managerial process. Thus these are two areas according to me

Opportunities
My opportunities in the management related roles lies in my experience in the office
of a manager in a reputed organization. The experience gathered in the process can be
beneficial and can be used to enhance the effectiveness of the communication.
My opportunities is also invested in the knowledge that I had collected from the
professional courses and can be used in order to enhance the effectiveness of the involvement
in the practical area. My interaction with the human subjects can be marked as an area of
great opportunities whereby the communication can be utilized by me in order to extract the
best-required productivity as desired from them.
Threats
The threats that my person pose in terms of management is my lack of understanding
of the time specific need. The management being an area that is highly reliant on time, it is
important that the concerned person exhibits the importance of the time specific needs and
exhibiting time specific caring in order to bring about its effectiveness.
Another threat that stems from my persona is my lack of competence to the
multiplicity of language that exist in the sphere I function. The globalization has made the
process of human interaction a dynamic one and the interaction of the people in cognizant to
subjects present around them has become crucial to the scenario of management. The people

from different cultures came with their own cultural baggage and as such, it has become
important to deal with the multiplicity of factors that exist between.
Over competitiveness in my attitude, in my opinion is another area of factor that has
contributed to the rise of unhealthy interaction among the people who are present around me
and are involved in an interaction in the due course. The wide array of discussion has
explicated the fact that as a human being I tend to exhibit multiple attributes in my person
which can either be of benefit or be of threats. As such, my future course of action should be
guided in a way that would allow me to develop upon the areas those have been an area of
concern for me. The areas of strength should be enhanced and the areas requiring care should
be considered in order to mitigate the drawbacks that exist between them.
Applicable theories
The theories that has been discussed in te course f discussion involves the idea of
globalization which is a global phenomenon as suggested by the name. By the virtue of the
global phenomenon, it has comprised a multiplicity of differential factors. However, in order
to mitigate the areas of concern, it is important that care should be taken in utilizing the
differences in the best possible way. The implication is that crucial care should be provided in
dealing with the factors of differences (Pinder, 2014). As such, the factors of differences
brings us to the factor of developing competence to the language differences so that crucial
care can be taken. Communication is the key to any organizational scenario as it enhances the
effectiveness in the interaction among the individuals as well as it brings about a transparency

Aspiration and future goals in Career and Life
My future aspiration is invested in mu urge ot emerge as an entrepreneur in thr global
market. As such, it order to do so it would require me to develop a competence to the
marketing environment. The care should be taken in order to develop a multiplicity of action
that would allow me to evolve as a human being as well as an entrepreneur in the dynamic
market environment. The crucial aspect of the market can be utilized in order to realize the
factors that should be taken care of in order to step into the market and manage the attributes
that should be cared about. My goals also include to develop myself as a human being who
would be even more competent and tolerant to the dynamic aspects and the situations that is
present around them. In order to develop my competence to the dynamic scenario I would
also like to take measures that would help me in the days to come in an effective way.
Therefore in the light of the analysis conducted it can be suggested that I need to narrow
down certain goals in order to assist me in my venture of being an entrepreneur. In order to
develop as a entrepreneur the goals that should be considered include

individual in the dynamic global situation. The global market is changing on a faster
rate and as such the demand of the market is also evolving with the changes that is
taking place around them. As such, rigid ness in the thinking and the perception is not
only futile but ineffective in the scenario that is concerned in the course of discussion.
In the context of the diverse organizational factors and the attributes that should be
taken care of crucially includes the attributes of the development of the perception in
congruence with the dynamic global world that is taking shape increasingly (Kaiser et
