INTRODUCTION
A SWOT Analysis is the tool which is used to identify strength and weakness of the
organization or a person. It useful tool because people can use it to coved their weakness and
threat intro the strength and opportunities to be successful.
This report will cover personal SWOT analysis to identify the strength and weakness and
it will also discuss the career plaining and how it is helping in the career plaining.

Personal Swot Analysis for the career planning
I want to create my career within the marketing and for that I need to identify my threat,
weakness, opportunities and threat and SWOT analysis can help me to grow my carrier as
marketing managers.
SWOT Analysis
Strength
 Experience of marketing- I have completed my masters degree in the marketing which is
strength for me, and I am also having 2 year of experience of working under marketing
manager and I was on the post of Assistance Marketing manager (Issayev, Masalimova
and Magzumova., 2018).
 Knowledge of Marketing tools- I have proper knowledge of the marketing tools and
campaign and that skill will help me to grow my carrier as a marketing manager.
 Effective communication skills- I have good communication skills that help me to lead
the employees who will work under and I will to make them Understand the information
and day to day task. I have developed this skill by working under the marketing manager
within my penurious job.
Weakness
 Decision making skills- I need to improve my decision-making skills, and I am not able
to take decision immediately when it is needed. It creates problem for me and in future
also it affect on my career and I need to improve my decision-making, so I will able top
take decisions in my life immediately.
 Lack of knowledge about marketing plan- lack of knowledge about the marketing plan is
becoming a weakness for me. I can make the proper marketing plan but as compared to

the professional marketing managers, my marketing plan need more improvement and
this I need to improve in myself.
 Emotional- Sometimes I get emotional in the different different situation. It is necessary
for the marketing manager to be strong in each and every situation because they are the
superiors of the company, and they are responsible to conduct marketing for the
company. I need to improve this weakness, so I can become professional marketing
managers and grow my career effectively.
Opportunities
 I can create opportunity for myself if I will able to improve my decision-making skill. It
will help me to be a professional marketing mangers and I will able to make successful;
career in my life (Madsen., 2016). Decision making skills will help me to take immediate
decision at the workplace of company and helps me to overcome from the different
situation at the workplace of company.
 I can create opportunity of myself to grow my career as a professional marketing
manager, if I will improve my knowledge in making the marketing plan for the company.
I can take training related to it and there are many institutions who can provide
knowledge about creating a marketing plan for the company and I will able to grow my
career as a professional marketing managers in the multinational company.
Threat
 Working the senior most post within the marketing managers can create threat for me
because, I will mange whole marketing operations and team and if anything will happen
within the operation then I will be only responsible for the whole failure in the marketing
campaign or the operation (Pluchevckaya, Varlacheva and Andrienko., 2017).
 Sometimes I face I get nervous during my work and it can become threat for me so I need
to improve my this habit and I will try to be focus every time and overcome from this
kind of threat in myself.
CONCLUSION
This report will cover personal SWOT analysis to identify the strength and weakness and
weakness, opportunities and threat to improve the career and it also has been discussed that how
SWOT can be helpful in career plaining and become professional marketing manager.
