INTRODUCTION
 Personal pitch is the document that focuses on
a specific goal. In simple words, personal
pitch is the report to a clear introduction of
you in such a way that it is specified goals of
an individual (Wong, 2017). It becomes very
necessary for an individual to show their skills
and capabilities in order to grasp job
opportunities.

Key Competencies
 Key competencies are the
abilities and quality which
need by company’s recruiters
in their employees so that
they can achieve their goals
and objectives effectively
and efficiently. Companies
suggest that some important
skills and knowledge should
be possess in the employees
which helps in taking a job
opportunity (Yang and Yoo,
2019).

Need of Key competencies
 In today's business environment, the
employees need to perform better so that they
get promotions. It becomes very tough for
employees to gain promotions because day by
day every individual is increasing their
competencies (Zaheer and et. al., 2020). So
that's why it is necessary to develop some
important and unique competences which are
different from other employees.

problems for me such as I
have to face many

because I am become a

I analyse that with my
creative and innovative
skills I am able to get a
reputed job because the
business environment which
I analysed needs creativity
and innovativeness in their
employees (Farrugia and
Sanger, 2017).
The biggest threat that I
found some analysis of
business environment is
demands of organisations
day by day increasing in
terms of key competencies
which they want to possess
in their employees.

Implications of SWOT analysis
 With the help of SWOT analysis I am able to
analyse my current potentials which helps me
to take further steps. SWOT analysis just not
provide me the information of my strengths
and weakness but also it gives me a scenario
that what I have to do for making my career
bright (Cerdin, Liao and Sharma, 2020).

 Career prospects are the options after
graduating my college. Career prospects is
actually e the pathways of career which have
an individual need to take decisions about
them. After analysis of all important key
competencies which are mentioned in above

Short term goals
 Short term goals are referred to those goals
which completed less than 1 year. It is
analysed that short term goals are very
important for individual and also for
organisation if they want to achieve their
dreams and vision. Short term goals are a
small milestone which needs to be
accomplishing with small steps.
