INTRODUCTION
Personal Pitch can be characterized as a concept that
highlights upon the analysis and assessment of an
individual skill set and capability. Personal Pitch guides
the individual to determine their existence level of
competence and facilitate further development and
progression within the same in order to capitalize on
prominent employment opportunities within their interest
field. The proposed report will provide a detailed
discussion about my personal audit by the application of
SWOT framework. It will also details upon the prospective
career pathways that can be optimized by me on a short-
term, medium-term and long-term basis. In addition to

Key competencies can be termed as the particular
qualities possessed by an individual which can assist
the same in exercising its full potential so as to achieve
its career goals and aspirations. It is very vital for every
given individual to focus upon determining their existing

organised individual. I need to align myself to become more calm,
composed and cooperative.
 As per the assessment, I am also expected to incorporate a
systematic timetable so as to manage my time effectively. Moreover,
I need to become more effective within the field of multitasking and
should try to lead a bunch of operations perfectly at a given point of
time in order to become more proficient and productive.
 My ability to network can possibly help me to maintain good rapport
and relationship within my field of career. I can also optimise upon
my innovative thinking and creativity building skills so as to lead
major transformation and achieve greater heights within my future
run. Also, I can emerge as a potential leader and guide my

Career pathway can be characterised as a series or
sequence of steps taken by an individual to achieve their
ultimate career goal in a successful manner. The role of
career pathway is to provide a detailed overview to the
individual about the constant steps that will be needed
to be facilitated and regulated by the same in order to
accomplish their employment goals in a considerate
manner. For instance, if an individual wants to establish
himself or herself within respective industry or domain
of work, he or she needs to follow a well-designed career
pathway so as to ensure that every minor and major
action taken by them within their field of career assist
them to achieve their respective goals and aspirations
within their concerned field of employment. The career
pathway incorporated by me in order to take a step

certifications with excellent grades in my graduation and
post-graduation years so as to complete my education with

As a student, I also need to ensure that I am able to become
financially independent and bear my expenses in an effective
manner. In order to do the same, I can possibly work part
time so as to generate finances

significant for me in order to move forward with my career plans
and objectives. A prominent job will help me to gain much-needed
experience and networking within my industry.
