competencies.
 In this report key competencies are referred to as the knowledge
and skills which is required for an individual to have.
 With the help of key competencies an individual is able to add
value to themselves and make them different from others.
 Individuals with different skills and qualities are able to
generate multiple career opportunities for themselves.

 Key competencies is known as those specific qualities or talent which an
organization requires from their individuals. competences are the features
which separate individuals from each other.

different weaknesses.

that I have made wrong decision’s because of which I have suffered and

graduate.
 The career options of the students are divided into 3 terms. these terms
are on the basis of the time taken for the career establishment.

career in a shorter period. the current generation lacks a lot in
patience.
