success, then it is necessary to prepare an effective plan. Plan is related with the future
prospectus and it is necessary to manager of company to keep this plan at a right place or a right
time. Every person wants to enhance their skills, abilities and knowledge with in a particular
time period. There are some main stages of a personal and professional development plan:
SWOT analysis- With the help of this, company can do the self monitoring. From this, I
can easily know my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in context to professional
and personal development. From the self learning, I can easily come out from my all weaknesses.
Time frame analysis- From the starting of my professional carrier, the professional
development is important. I learn different new things from the seminars and activities and with
the help of these I can create my professional efficiency.
