INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is consider as development plans which are
important for business and individual to increase their learning. In corporate world, there are
having different types people and business concern who have different skills and knowledge that
uses to manage the work effectively (Rickels and Brewer, 2017). While running a business, both
skills are required for the purpose of developing business profitability . The discussion of this
report cover an organisation that is Amazon Inc. that is American multinational company,
operating business successfully. This organisation is having skilled and talented workforce that
understand the requirement and fill needs of people.

employability and study skills
From the above task it has reflected that employability and skills are needed for every
business which help to increase the understanding about how a business can run effectively and
achieve their goals. Once management have decided smart objectives then they should focus
their skills and capabilities which increases understand that it can be perform effectively and will
help to improve the business profitability. Employability skills are those capabilities and learning
that uses to perform a specific task and role which is assigned by management in order to run a
business and attracts employees to work more efficiently. While preparing report and increasing
knowledge about how a leader perform and contributes in success of business I focused on Jeff
Bezos who is a good leader of their own organisation. This person have high level of capabilities
and skills that can help to run a business and increase the performance.
As I was researching about Jeff Bezos and their teaching skills I noticed some strength and
weakness in myself. To conduct nay research firstly should have a clear topic and understanding
that this topic will help to increase knowledge and capability to performing well. I was able to
analyse and identify the problems which was faced by chosen leader while running its business
as having many competitor which created a problems for leader and organisation to face the

(COVID-19) all people are facing problems and I have taken the online classes which helped me
to increase my learning as IT skills are required to take the online classes and reverting at that
moment which support me how to perform all functions and make it profitable. I learned many
things in IT that help to resolve the technical problems and perform well in changing
environment. To face this challenges there is required a proper planning and controlling activities
where leader can implement their plans and control excessive activities that maintain the
organisational performance in effective ways. Such person was able to provide proper training
and development programme to employees so they can implement new technology, influence
customers and deliver them best quality of products and services so performance of organisation
can be maintain efficiently. At the time of research I noticed that I am week in communication
and technical skills so I faced problems to collect the information regarding a leader and their
effectiveness. To improve by skills I need to participate in debate, training and development and
other activities which can help to maintain a good performance and increase learning about how
to collect information and uses new technology to run a business by improve business
performance. My strength are team working, risk management, learning smoothly, building
relationship and motivating other which helped to completed this assignment on time and
managing business performance (Bleach, 2014).
Learning model is a tool which should be use by individual and group of people in order
improve their learning and understanding so they can perform business activities and maintain
profitability. The managers are playing important role by accepting challenges and problems
which have impacted on business positively. It is important for managers and leaders to use a
learning model where they can increase their learning and understanding about people needs and
skills that can help to perform well and improve business profitability. While taking the online
classes I improved my IT skills that helped me to bring changes in Amazon customer servi9ce
and how to cure from fraud calls which are important for organisation. It skills are very
important that should have in person and increases the productivity by increasing number of
customers. With the help of learning model strength and weakness then it can be overcome by
increasing learning. For this Gibbs reflective model is uses by leader which helps to maintain the
good relations with employers and employee so they can manage performance and increase
learning effectively. The descrip6tion of Gibbs learning model are as defined:

face this situation and overcome my fear that has increased my learning. Under this, I felt that

and filling their needs. This activity helped to maintain all the business activities and learning of
individual and group of people so activities can be managed properly.
Evaluation – This model is relating to evaluation of skills and resolution of problems so
activities can be managed properly. While conducting research and preparing report I did not feel
that all situation has been solved out. I deliberately left research at the end of online courses. As
after getting information about leadership and learning skills of Jeff Bezos I felt highly positive
and energetic. I noticed that every one was feeling nervous before online courses. Trainers in the
lecture helped to evaluate my own skills and learning that I very much capable to share
information, solving problems and completing the task which has increased my learning and
improve the performance (Conway and Edgar, 2020).

inability of my actions and lack of teacher support where it became difficult to increase my own

reports and working. Thus, this incident of research made me realise that good relationship are
needed at every place whether school, business, corporate, home and anywhere this helps to
share the problems and information. This increases learning how to overcome the problems and
go ahead. I got stress also in this research because sometime I was unable to solve the difficult
things, lack of communication and team building but later on all problems has reduced after
taking learning sessions that makes me more professional and good learner.
Action - This stage of learning model state out that plans and strategies which made by
people should be implement. In other words, the plans should be action after conducting all reach
and performing activities that helps to build confidence and maintain good image. This session
ensured me that good relationship are very important for colleagues, team members, classmates
and teachers so we can improve our learning and get knowledge how to solve the problems
which arises at the of taking courses. I have done a beneficial conversation with team members
and colleagues so all situation can be handled easily. This helps to face challengers and increase
the business performance (Liu, L. B., 2015).
Therefore, by using learning model I become able to improve my learning skills and
knowledge that help me out to solve problems and increase the learning effectively. This helps to
maintain the good relationship with others and addressing all presentation skills efficiently.
Moreover, I noticed that while undertaking the online courses I was weak in IT skills and
presentation skills that I overcomes by participating in debates, using new technology and getting
online training and development programme that can help to increase the organisational
productivity. This helped me out to overcome from the problems and bring changes and maintain
all activities.
CONCLUSION
From the report it can be concluded that learning is important at every state which helps to
improve skills and capabilities of a person. Personal and professional learning are important for
people which improve business performance and helps to take the competitive advantages. Gibbs
