INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is very important for individual growth. It is
helpful in balancing work and life. Reflection means when someone writes their own experience
and knowledge. It is important because through this people can come to know about each others
views and opinions. Gibbs reflective model will be used to analyse feeling and thoughts which
gets from experience which can be good or bad. This report will discuss that how attending
university has helped in my employability and enhancing study skills. Gibbs model will be
applied which will help in evaluating that what skills are build and what need to be build (Adeani
and et.al).
MAIN BODY
Communication skills:
Communication is the way in which information is being shared and because of which
individuals like me have to establish several efforts by which we are able to improve our
communication skills, resulting improvement in employability skills (Suarta and et.al, 2017).
Due to which my learning within the module and attending the university has really provided me
an ability to identify the weak areas which is affecting my performance. Due to this I am
empowered to make concentrated efforts for improving my weak areas through which it can
improve my employability skills. With that by attending the university I am able to improve my
understanding skills of written informations like theoretical approaches for effective problem
solving.
This is an important step for me because organizations have to changes their working
process as per the changing market conditions and because of which companies have to
communicate the requirement with their employees. Thus, when my working capability as an
individual is being improved then in that case it will enable me to efficiently understand the
organizational requirement and make improvisations accordingly which will improve my
performance within the specific profession. Also, with that effective communication will also
empower me to showcase the creative ideas as well as the issues which I am having within the
organization because of which my performance within the company will be improved.

Research skills:
It is important for individuals like me that I am able to improve my performance and for
which I have to increase my engagement in learning new skills by which I will be empowered to
implement my knowledge and understanding of different fields in the present working by which
I can ensure that I am able to enhance the quality of output from the particular activity (Suarta
and et.al, 2018). This will improve my employability skills and because of which I have to utilize
my efficient research skill through which I can improve the understanding of the core concepts,
which will help my in my professional career as well.
Efficient research skill will also provide high level of advantages during the learning
phase and result in better performance in academic career. This happens because during my
engagement with the university I have to achieve a detailed understanding about the core
concepts. Due to which through the use of research skills I can ensure that I am able to identify
and learn different ways by which a problem can be resolved, which will not only improve my
understanding about the core concepts. But will also improve my problem solving skills.
Teamwork and networking:
Individuals like me have to develop efficient communication with others so that I can
improve my performance with the group and because of which I have to develop efficient
communication with others (Tang, 2019). This becomes important because organizations often
tend to develop organizational teams for the achievement of a common target and by improvising
my networking and team working skills. I can ensure that my contribution within the team is
increased through which I can contribute my ideas and problem-solving skills in the group
discussion. Which will improve my employability skills and improved performance within the
team activities will also ensure that I am able to achieve a improved position within the
organization.
Team working will provide me high level of advantages but also at the same time
networking is also highly beneficial for me because during my learning phase I have to find
better opportunities for achieving employment. This is important because once I am able to
complete my academics I have to search for an opportunity which is able to fulfil my
requirements. Therefore, my learning within the module has empowered me to working within
the groups and because of which my performance is being improved.

Time and self-management:
In order to perform will in my academic career I have to develop several contacts with
others so that I am able to improve my communication skills and performance within the team
(Nazron, Lim and Nga, 2017). Also, at the same time I have to research the core concepts about
my academics career, which is an time-consuming process and because of which currently I am
not being able to pay a uniform amount of attention on different topics. Due to which I have to
face unsynchronized working and progress in different fields because of which I have to make
several efforts through which I am able to establish a uniform amount of time in various
activities.
With that I also have to ensure that I am able to self evaluate my performance, so that I
can self manage my working through which I can increase the chances of goal achievement
(Future learn, 2020). This becomes significant because during my employment period I may
have to perform several tasks and because of which I have to develop several working
improvisations through which I can self manage my operations. Through which I can increase
the chances of achieving success through my working progresses.
Problem-solving skills:
One of the main problem which I am having is that I am not good at problem-solving
skills and because of which have to analyse the weak areas which is affecting my working
capability and thus have to make several efforts through which I can improve my problem
solving skills. This also becomes significant because during my academic time segment I have to
learn different type of knowledge and because of which have to ensure that I am able to
effectively learn the lessons. This is important because the academic knowledge is often
theoretical knowledge were as during my employment phase I have to implement the theoretical
knowledge on the ground level due to which I must tend to have a better understanding the core
concepts. Due to which I must increase my engagement with several academics books and test
question papers by which I can ensure that I am able to identify the theoretical concepts on the
physical ground and thus can used efficient learning to achieve the desired target.
Continuing professional development:
It is the process of tracking knowledge, skills and experience which is gained by working
formally or informally without getting any training (Bernadine, 2019). Under this first an
individual experience, learn form it and then apply. It is the continuous process of recording the

learning and development. It is helpful in reviewing and reflecting your own learning. It is also
helpful in achieving goals and objectives.

CONCLUSION
Through this report it can be concluded that attending university has given me lot of
advantages. It helps in improvising my study skills and also help me in employability. It
improvize my communication skills both verbal and written. I learnt that how one can work in
team. It also increase team spirit. I found that when you work in team than it makes work easy
and fast. I gain skills in working with team through cooperation. I also developed research skills
which will helpful in my job. When you have research skills then it helps in getting promotion

and appreciation at job. Time and self management and problem solving skills didn't develop in
me for building that I will use time management app and take training which will help me in
problem solving. All above skills have described by using Gibbs reflective model.
