by me. It consist of various aims and goals that is need to be implement. It also includes a
process including formats of short and long terms activities which is require to manage by me
which can aid in improving skills and abilities.

I need to develop the strength of decision making skills. This is main drawback of my
abilities which was essential to set as an objectives because I have very indecisive personality
and think a lot before making a any decisions (Pillen, Beijaard and Brok, 2013). Also I need to
measure entire goals and aims and their achievement to manage my performance and improve as
soon as possible in best ways. To achieve the aims and goals within a period of time, the set
objectives should be relevant and attainable. Also one can set the SMART goals for meeting
them in more effective manner.
