INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development refers to an activity of involving in the process by
the people or the organisation to accomplish and achieve the specific goal in which they involve.
The main purpose of the essay is to enhance the knowledge while participating in the different
activities and develops the personality. It includes the Gibbs reflective model so that it is easy to
bifurcate the various thoughts in different segments that includes communication skills, research
skills, ICT skills, time management, problem solving and numeracy skills.
MAIN BODY
In this report I have assign a task that includes the leadership skills and styles that will
increase my various skills. During this activities I have participate in various other activities like
group discussion, brainstorming session, presentation seminars etc(Brody and Hadar, 2015). To
reflect these activities this report helps me to making the Gibbs reflective model that helps me to
evaluating the various terms during the activities.
Communication skills
Communication refers to the two way process of transferring the information. it can be
very clear, concise and effective that the listener can understand it very easily. At the time of
participating in the activities that was conducting during the module it helps in enhancing the
knowledge related to the communication skills more importantly oral communication skill that
means communicate verbally to the other member in a very clear and concise way and the
information can be delivered to the right people in a right way. it is very important to enhance
my personal and professional growth.
ICT skills
It stands for information and communication technology that showcase the use of
technology for communicating, storing, retrieving, collecting the information. During my
learning module I can enhance my knowledge related to the using of technology. At the time of
event, I can handle all the activities related to computers due to this it enhances my ICT skills
which is very important for my future success as per current trends.

Research skill refers to the process of gathering the information about the particular topic,
review that information and analyse and examine the interpretation of the related information.
During the module I have participate in various activities and at the time of doing these activities
I enjoying a research work as it help me to improve my research skills on various topics. It also
enhances my searching skills on the internet.
Numeracy skills
It refers to the skill that helps in gaining the ability to use, communicate and interpret the
mathematical information to solve the real-world problems. During this module there are various
activities can be organize in which numeracy skills place an important role at this time I am
participating in it this helps in enhancing the skills to solve the real world problem. During this I
can face problem but in this my teachers can help me overcome this problem.
Team work skills
It refers to those skills that help in showing the ability and quality to perform in a team.
During this module there are various activities are organized and in this team plays an important
role that all the task are performed in a team. Due to this I can learn the team work and learns
cooperation and collaboration. so it helps in completing the task in an effective way.
Time management skills
This module helps me to gain the knowledge by seeing the experts that how they manage
and organize the team members so that task can be achieved on desire time. This assist me to
time management skills which is very important to develop my personal skills and it’s a very
fruitful for the future occurring task that at that time I can manage the whole team, and do a
proper research so that results can be come in a fruitful way
Problem solving skills
It refers to that skill that helps in identify the problem and creating the solution to this.
During this module I can learn how to solve the problem and provide the solution to the problem.

Gibb’s Reflective cycle
This model is developed and proposed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 that helps in giving the
structure to the learning from the experiences that is more important to develop are skills and
knowledge fro future terms. By using this cycle I can evaluate my feeling from the experiences

written communication skills. At the same time I also involves in the brainstorming session that
help in developing the problem solving skills which is more important to complete and task very
smoothly. In this superiors are very understanding and also manages the team very effectively
this helps in giving the great knowledge about to team management skill. it may create many
problems at the time of doing the activities related to giving presentation, communicate with the
senior and the larger audience as I am visibly shaking.
Feeling- At this time I extremely feel to leave and take a step back into the activities and
projects. I am quite upsetting by my own lack of confidence and inability to speck properly at the
first time. On the contrary my superior is very supporting as they encourage me to present a
project. They motivate to actively participate in the presentation and they will also well manage
the situation that was occurring. During this time I feel very confident my communication skills
are developed and increase the confidence level. After participating in the brain storming session
it helps in managing the thought and gives the accurate suggestion on the effective time
period(Dias and Cadime, 2016).

in an proper way and I got this skills from my seniors and the assignment helps me to enhance

Conclusion- It is to be concluded that from the above information is that I should talk to
my colleague at the same time hen they demotivating me and discourage me to present the
assignment. This assignment helps in enhancing my confidence, communication skills, time
management skill and the research skill which helps in future and develop my personal and
professional so I have earn more profits in terms of high standard living.
Action plan– At last it suggest that that in future terms I can enhance my relationship
with my colleagues and the senior so that it helps in encouraging the team work and individual
work and also activating the research skills. Doing assignments helps in realizing that I had to
improve my confidence level when I present myself in the larger audience and enhancing my
communication and research skills.
