INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development define about individual perspective which helps
to creates awareness and provide platform with immense amount of opportunities to perform
effective basis (Choudhury, John and Nanavaty, 2019). As I have created a proper personal and
professional development which elaborates on my short, medium and long term goals defined.
The report is based on personal and professional development and along with this provide better
evidence about short-term, medium-term and long term goals and in addition also evaluate
different sources about report plan.

1. Discuss the concept professional and personal development.
Personal development is depicts those activities which develop on individual person's
competency to assess their skills and qualities which helps to attain their goals. Professional
development is refers to training certification and education of worker needs to better succeed to
his or her career. For instance, this is important within an individual for improvise and retain
skills.
2. Describe value of short term goal by identifying and elaborates 3 examples.
The short term goals define about various activities that encompasses to execute plan
within a small period of time. My short term goals is having time duration of 2-5 months
(DiPaola, and Wagner, 2018). In following my short term gaols for my career perspective are
highlighted on accomplish desired outcomes:
 Developing my learning skills.
 Lean about better time management practises.
 To perform on objective related research matter.
3. Describe about medium term goals and identification three examples on personal basis.
The medium term goals are one that takes a bit longer time. It is having time duration
about 6-12 months. It mainly ensure better efficiency through work presuming within individual
perspective through performing allocate task (Harvey, Carpenter, and Hyndman, 2020). To
support monitoring on various task and activities being performed in short term goals must

assure that overall activities presumes in better manner where effective utilisation of resources.
In following there is my medium goals related to my career as well as personal aspect:
 To become expertise various management activities.
 To work on my fitness for better personality development.
 Developing professional skills like decision making skills.
4. Describe about the goals to investigate about three examples of personal.
The long term goal is define to accomplish certain targets for future perspective. Long
term goal takes time consuming and proper planing for attain goals. This could be preparing for
final examination towards any objectives that covers past period of time. The time period is
taken up to more than 2-3 years.
Here my long term goals with relate to my personal and professional terms:
 To start business.
 Allocation of funds.
 Saving for retirement plans.
 Planning to buy new house or car.

It is a process of creating effective action plan which will guide the individual in taking
appropiate steps for their future development and growth in personal and professional aspects
