To maintain control and discipline within NHS it is necessary that all employees
carry out their work within limits, this also have significant impact. Being a health
and social care worker within NHS I also have some limitations, they are:
I have to maintain confidentiality of informations and records of clients and
employees within NHS. This is limitation of my work which also affects relation
with others.
Being a social worker I need to maintain working culture and accordingly make
decisions. Ineffective results will be attained if proper focus is not maintained.
While working within team there comes limitations in decision making as every
member has their own views and it becomes difficult to come at one point.

team and individual, so that they can attain their goals and objectives
Communication: For a team or organisation, ineffective communication is one
of the biggest barriers which they can face.

Personal contribution is one of the most effective methods which can
improve work efficiency in best effective manner. It is important to
each and every individual to engage in a certain work as to increase
work efficiency. There are different types of personal contribution

sharing of knowledge and ideas with each other in a team. This will
effectively benefit in maximising creativity in a team.

From above it can be concluded, each individual
do their set of responsibilities but what matters is

others but individuals need to make sure that
