I analyze that I have potential to grow career in this field because when I was in school I have
good communication skills and I have good confidence to take with any individual and after
completion of schooling I decide to choose education profession bachelors in marketing filed.
And then completion of graduation I did masters in business administration in marketing (Chan,
2020). This study is useful for provide idea about career development plan which essential things
requires in future success in individual flied, graphs for illustrate of career path and many more

Career expansion in marketing field requires impressive communication to influence people
attraction towards with the product services, digital marketing technological tools, social media,
email, content and many more terms.
So I identified that in this flied I have so many options for better life development, and when I
decide to choose this filed I discuss with my seniors as well as professor of professionalism.
They also give good things about this term, so then I have clear mind-set that I have to do
multiple roles which requires for this field (Anjum, 2020).
Consideration about so many aspects about marketing I also develop research that which type of
marketing and its techniques, technologies, methods are best approach for making career in
marketing field. So from my research I analyses that digital marketing concept mainly essential
in marketing field so I have to gain and develop education in practical knowledge of marketing
tool as well. It has been very clear that I have to develop practical skills so I develop short term,
medium term and long term goal career plan which provides idea about specific time, That I
have to complete this task within time for my future growth.

And also they major thing which I decide that I do internship from which type of organization of
small business who mainly consider to provide marketing facilities and provide product
promotion aspects. So idea about this approach I have clear mind-set that I have to build my
knowledge with utilization of practical learning which is useful for my long term benefits
(Toquero and Talidong, 2020)
Then I concern with professors so they gives one chance and they told me that we are organizing
one day interview round one organization comes for marketing student recruitment and they
mainly require skills which effective communication, little knowledge about how technology
uses for marketing effectiveness and many more questions which related to marketing because
their major need is product promotional experts who effectively communicate with client and
provide them idea about their product and services with effective manner.
So I opt to that I have to participate in this. Because I evaluate that this internship is beneficial
and it provides so many options and provides idea that this field has potential to reach success or
not. According to my point of view practical knowledge is most essential and this internship
timeline is 6 month and I consider that 6 month is good for knowledge development. Then I
decided to go for the interview and I got selected for internship. So then I learn practical

become marketing manager because this post has higher responsibility and my major goal is to
become chief marketing executive. So I have to do continuously performing and taking new
opportunities. Then I analyze that UK large retail industry higher marketing manager because
they want to improve their business quality so I go for as a marketing manager interview and
then I got selected. I mainly decide that when I decide to make career in this field I have to do
small things and do something effective things for my growth. I did job as a marketing manager
for 7 years.

individual who chooses this field they have to learn digital marketing tools mainly. Thus, when I
got position as marketing manager I decide to influence my career so I decide that I have to get

Director of marketing:
Completion of 7 year experience I got promotion which is very beneficial term for my
career path. Then I realize that when I opt to build and make my career in this field this is best
decision of my life. Because organization watches my skills that I have great experience and I
have potential to handle multiple aspects.
And I properly handle many technological marketing tools knowledge like email marketing, I
become very experts in email marketing because when I did internship I mainly use and get
knowledge of email marketing activities and social media marketing. And I also provide
guidance to my juniors that and manger overall marketing team department (Guido, Amatulli and
Sestino, 2020).
Vice president marketing:
I got 5 year experience as director of marketing then I have one option to reach more

Chief marketing officer:
I learn multiple skills for my effective future and effective career development in
marketing field. When I decide to select this profession I clearly decide that I have to become
reputed chief marketing officer in large and reputed organization. Because it makes my life
effective and it develop various aspects for my career effectiveness. I evaluate that when became
successful vice president I saw that I have to do something more effective things and work hard
for become chief marketing officer within 2 years. So do my job with more efficient manner. I
develop new structure regularly for product analysis and I continuously evaluate marketing
activities and provide idea to marketing manager that they have to do something more different
things so for my career growth I work so hard and my technological skills is develop
