INTRODUCTION
Personal development is a long process which includes the development of the individual
with the knowledge, information and skills(Lou and Ou, 2019). The person has to identify what
they aim in their future and with that they have to make the development. Personal development
is the overall development of the person by which the individual would be ready for their future
and gets the ability to face all the challenges and risks.

TASK 1
Short, medium and long term goals
The personal and professional development of the individual helps to make the learning of
the person in a better direction and also aims to focus on the career(Samaei, Ardali and Resaneh,
2019). The personal development lead to develop the knowledge of the person and professional
development helps in developing the skills which will be required in the career especially in the
job.
Short term goals- Short term goals are those goals which are made to complete it in a short
period of time which does have to last for weeks. I also have some short term goals which I will
definitely complete in the decided period.
Develop a morning routine
To keep a daily diary
Improve one skill
Medium term goals- Medium term goals are those goals which take time more than the short
term goals. The time period for the completion of my goals might take some months as the
personal development will require some time.
To complete my graduation
Apply for some course
Start finding a job
Long term goals- Long term goals are those which take time for the completion what has been
desired by the person. It usually takes the time of years for achieving the success which I want to
achieve in my life.
