Personal Development is a life long process. This covers activities improve awareness
and identity develop talents and potential and build capital, facilitate employability, enhance the
quality of life contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. The growing success of self
help and personal development movement has assisted many business manager in obtaining
more qualified and motivated persons for their companies.
Professional Development is learning to earn and maintain professional credentials such

improving and increasing of capability of staff through access to education and training
opportunities at a work place, through outside the organization. Professional development helps
build and maintain morale of staff members and is thought to attract high quality staff to an

training to employees. Placement manager also good opportunity for me where I can lead as HR
and can do placement of employees. As compensation manager also good opportunity for me
where I can play role as manager and provide compensation to employees. I also have option in
technical recruiter where I can play role as recruiter and creates recruitment for employees
according to company's demands.
THREATS:
There is lot of challenge for me because currently HR scope is influenced out so that leads high
competition. In that case it can possible my weaknesses can be their strength so it can be threat
for me. Currently recruitment of candidates are required more experience while my experience is
