company in UK, which is dealing with trendy clothes also it is popular for skilled labour and
effective management system by that employee are systematically complete their decided task
also provided better quality of services and products to customers as per their requirement (Black
and Plowright, 2010). In this research report, will be discussing about various types of lent
manner. There also will be explained about different types of time management strategies,
warning styles and how to encourage towards achieve decided goals and objective in
significahich assist to manage all works and activities relating to the organisation as well as aids
to develop better understanding and working performance of individual employees in company.

According to personal development plan now I come to know about my long term and
short term goals and learn how to achieve them in minimum time period in effective manner.

have to become strong business person. Along with this it have to build effective skills

to interact with many persons as well as make understanding among them. Along with
this it helps me in boosting my confidence.

As per defined strengths and weaknesses, I have a weakness due to which I canto
communicate with my friends easily, but feel hesitating while discussing with others, due to

First step is to change and modify strategies and methods by consulting experienced
person.
In second step have to set budget and activities as per their requirement so they can
effectively and systematically complete on the time.
In last stage, should clarify major factors and issues, which can be impacting on

Along with this there are various other methods are also available such as feedback,
review, survey, etc. it helps in gathering viewpoints of the individuals on the basis of that
