outcomes, and goals of training and learning (Personal and Professional Development, 2016).
The purpose of P&P is to support business manager due to self growth and learning throughout
own career. It is very essential for both organisation as well as individual to continue develop to
keep knowledge and skills in a systematic manner and ensure to work legally, effectively and
safely. It is also define as an activity through which the enterprise and personal engage learning
process in order to meet the desire goal and challenges.
This report is mainly based on own learning. It is benefits for company and self to
achieve long as well as short term values. Self-managed learning and their benefits to the firm
and their person which is analysed in this assessment. P&P development plan which is required
to gain objectives. Feedback and evaluation which is based on idea among the variety of
