getting proper training in their company. In Premier Inn the services which are provided to the
customers are not correct, this is one of the major problem (Moon, 2013). As I am working at
this place I want this company to make the customers satisfied for that it is very essential to have
effective learning process in firm.. All the service which they are providing to the customers are
not appropriate at all level. More issues can occur in Hotel because of this some of the
challenges are being described below:
Profitability of Premier Inn will get decrease day by day.
There will be lack of customer satisfaction.
The growth of the company will get affected.

As per my view, this issue occurs as there is no proper training provided to the
employees. Manager should provide training to the employees so that they can perform well.
Hospitality industry is a service provider sector and if they will not give proper services to their
customers then they cannot survive properly in the market. Solutions which firm should follow
to solve this issue are:
Management should provide better training to the employees and for that, various
techniques should be implemented.
While recruiting and selecting people, they should check whether they have proper
knowledge or not (Calderhead, Denicolo and Day, 2012).
Proper management should be done so that all employees can perform their work
properly and provide better services to the customers.

There are different types learning style which is very accommodating in solving of all the

There are two weakness which I am facing, and it is essential for me to improve it on
