INTRODUCTION
Personal and Professional development is a continuous development programme by
which an individual develop its goals, strategy and training programme to enhance individual
skill (Hildebrand, 2018). There are various development activity such as computer based
learning, workshop and the on the job training which improves the quality of personnel. Thus,
the primary purpose of Personal and Professional development is to develop ass well as manage
the skill of an individual throughout their career. This report covers following topics such as
preparation of personal and professional development over various period of learning. Moreover,
discussion is made on reflection and analysis of visiting speaker (Olsen, 2015).

knowledge of an individual. This plans include setting various strategy such as training and

Learning from visiting speaker programme
Based on the speech delivered by visiting speaker on the topic of 4P's as well as

must make sound decision regarding 4P's by delivering right product at right place at right price
to cater right segmented market. This not only strengthen the internal operations of business but
also helps to overpower competitors. Therefore, attending such programme gives a guidance
about how an organisation can expand its function and maintain the coordination within the same
