effective changes in the organisation that can help them in gaining a succesful position at a faster

Implementation
While the implementation of a personal and professional development plan, an
organisation has to go through two major isues. One, the communication factor which every
person does not ahve. So, some employees may go thorugh the communication issue. Second,
self learning is important as well. An example of this can be considered that after the
imlementation of a particular process, the employees have to work on it themselves also. It
cannot be improved on the basis of organisation itself. Personal learning and hard work is
necessary as well. A proper support from the authorities is required to mainatin their focus
towards it. Along with the support of the organisation, the employyes lso have to work on their
own. By this way, it can be implemented better and help the organisation as well in achieveing
targets.
Impact
The impact of a personal and professional dveelopment plan can have a positive impact
on various factors of a company such as the culture, interacton level between the employees,
success factors etc. It is because when all the employees discuss these activities, there interaction
level will also increase to a huge extent which will help in maintainingt the culture of the
company more happier and healthier (Roeser and et.al., 2012).. Other than the support of the
employers, employees will be responsible for their own profesional and personal skills which
will not only help them in the company but also in the rest of their life.

Also, include the alternate solutions that can be used when any of the solution have been
failed or not worked in a way that it seems satisfied.
Review the document and check for any possible flaws.
Develop strategies that can help in resolving those flaws and again checking the
document that now it is satisfied or not.
3.3 Critically reflection on own learning in comparison with the originl aim and objectives
There are some key points that can be considered while doing the comparison and these are
discussed as under :
Initial preparation
Whether it is related to any factors, personal or professoinal, preparation is must. It is
because it helps in maintaining the expectation of the employees and they also have to stay
focused towards the process (Trede, Macklin and Bridges, 2012).
Previous knowledge
Thee previous information and data related to the development plan makes it easier to
analyse and evaluate them by comparing the new and the previous data.
Motivation
Providing some means of motivation or encouragement is necessary as it helps in staying
confident towards the developement plan. It also helps ina better investigation that can help
in an efficient analysis. So, to motivate employyes, the organisation can include various
means such as providing some sort of incentives or increments to the employees so that they
can stay more confident towards the work and it will help the company as well in achieving
success at faster rates.

regarding the work load, some regarding the salary and some have interaction isues. So, the
solutions for such issues are discussed as under :

some strategies such as assigning the work to the employyes that is related to their field or

field, they can have more intrest in doing that work (Newton, Becker and Bell, 2014). This can
reduce the work load of the employyes. Also, the company can divide the work in shifts and
teams. Uneven allotment can always lead to various conflicting situations, so diiding it
effciiently and regarding the field can help in reducing the work load and thus it will also reuce
the employee turnover of the company.
Interacting sessions
The company can involve various seeesions in which employyes can be able to interact
well with each other. Apart from the work, some activities should be organised in the
organisation in which the employees can interact with each other and it will also help in
providing them a relaxation from the daily routine. These small means can help the employye in
maintaining their focus towards the work well which can provide enormous benefits to the
company.
4.2 Variety of communication styles at various levels
Various styles and methods can be developed for a better communication at different
levels. Some of them ar discussed as under :
Controller style
There are people who have a sort of leadership skills in them, they are also considered as
the controllers. They know various ways how to keep their topic up and does not get bother by
the others (Roeser and et.al., 2012). This is the controller stye that can help in raising their voice
up than the others, so keeping a contol over the process as well. This feature helps in getting
them efficient results.
Promoter style
Apart from the general communication, this style involves people who know well how to
promote some activity or process. The people having this trait seems to be more attractive and
also can manipulate the other person in any complex situation by their attractiveness and charm.
Analyser style
In this, people are considered that analyses the whole situation and after a proper
evaluation only, they take their step forward. This acts quite strategic as the person first analyses
the whole sitation and on the basis of that only, will take any further step.
11
Document Page
4.3 Effectiveness of various time management strategies
There are various strategies that can help in the management of time efficiently and
effectively. Some of the well known strategies are discussed as under :
Keeping records
This acts as a very effective method for a better evaluation of the time used. By keeping a
record, a person is able enough to check and analyse what tasks have been completed in what
time and what other factors were done in the rest of the time. A record helps in making a better
evaluation of the consumed time.
Keeping deadlines
Seting deadlines can also be very effective. It is because when a person sets a deadlines
that the following task hs to be completed in a particular time, then it becomes able to finish that
work in that time duration only. It helps in a better management of time. Also, the person is able
to decide what other work they can do in the rest of the time (Newton, Becker and Bell, 2014)..
Avoiding the multi tasking
Working on various tasks at a single time can cause conflicts. Working on a task at a
single time can make the work effective enough that it can result in better outcomes. But,
working on various tasks at a single time can cause less efficiency in all those tasks which can
cause the inefficiency of the outcome as well. So, it is better to focus on a work at a time such
that it can result in positive and a better outcome.
CONCLUSION
From the report, it has been concluded that the personal and professional development
plan can help in making various differences in the personality and characteristics of a person. It
brings effectiveness in the workplace but along with it, it also makes the person more efficient
and confident for the general part of the life as well. The development is not limited till the
workplace only, it helps the person in other factors of the life as well. Various strategies for time
management has also been used that can help the person in making a better evaluation of time
being used and ways how it can be used for getting poisitive outcomes.
