Reflection is way of assessing ourself, looking for various working along with how to
study and simple words it can be says that thinking about something. This report explains the
careers plan developments, skills assessment and also action plan worksheet. Furthermore, also
explain about identifying applying option for career developments plan.

PART 1.
Brief introduction about My career plan
I have chosen my career for developing marketing skills. In marketing, I can learn
various thinks that could help in making my skills and knowledge well-developed through which
I can take placements in any MNC companies. I have set my goals and objective in marketing
field because in present day there is more scope in marketing and many business have been set
up their online for developing in their growth and making their market position (Wain, 2017). I
have decided to see myself after five years in MNC companies at sales managers post through
which I can learn many more things and long term plans to be learned more things that could
keep me more updated in marketing. For developing me in marketing I attend many seminars,
online digital course and many other marketing books and journals, conference of speaker who
have more knowledge in marketing.
Skills assessment worksheet
In marketing, I have developed communication, good teamwork, strong attention,
commercial awareness and planning skills. While by taking these skills I try to make them
developed and learn many more things which I think that could help in building up position in
any companies. Some other skills that I want to develop such as numerical skills, creativity and
writing skills from my perception these are more important that could my more developed and
try to crack more interviews. Digital marketing course I have taken and sales marketing through
which I think that might be better for me in developing skills and making more growth position
(Chang, 2019). I need to make more developments in numerical skills that is more important to

work in marketing or either working in sales marketing. While knowing about calculation it
means that could not waste my time and satisfied customer as possible manner. In sales
marketing numerical skills must be had positive impact and have more consumer. Creativity and
writing skills more important in digital marketing for writing up blogs and developing pages for
business.
Action plan worksheet
I have developed such things like communication, networking ability, good team work
skills, commercial awareness through which I can complete my career developments plan and try
to make my goals more effective. While by making my skills into action I have creating my own
blogs and try to communicate various customer and building more team. Along with this
included in marketing team in which I can develop and learn more new things that could help in
career developments plans. In developed I have taken experience and more expectation from
someone that could my skills and knowledge more and I will support them in developing their
company growth with having more marketing skills (Reynolds, 2017). In every companies
marketing play important role and I have decided to make more goals and objective in
marketing. Action plan must be taken by giving online classes and joining some new things in
market.
Career options
I would like to purse marketing and finance course through which I think that I can get
must better jobs and my career development will be much better. While having choose finance I
think that could be better for me and marketing keep me more upgrade about new things related
to anything which help in growing my skills. I preferred my finance and marketing while pursing
in MBA, digital marketing online classes. MBA will help in completing my job qualification in
finance and marketing, through this I might be learned many things and gain more knowledge
about various things that could support me for making company and my position in marketplace.
In choosing this I would like to my skills well more developed and I think that could my skills to
be improved. While by taking online classes that might be beneficial to solve out my marketing
and finance problems through which they can make my skills better and keep me updated.
Marketing helps in business for supportive, and they play important role in which they are more
capable for their developments.

My learning log reflected for more achievements.
As I have fond of marketing and networking, I mostly developed my current
achievements which is related with more of marketing fields. I developed my social media skills
and provides many opportunities to incorporate with multiple media types that I can use in
marketing. I also gained many useful advantages of marketing as it allows me to become more
flexible and saves my lot of time. With digital marketing, company also able to track customer's
purchase journey and able to increase its sales growth (Kaleka and Morgan, 2019). By
developing career plan, It encourages me to explore and gather many useful information that is
required in my professional life. Additionally, I will able to take decisions, set future goals,
develop competencies in professional life. My short term career goal will be to make
improvisation in my weaker areas. While, my long term plan is to join a top marketing company.
I learned many other things like how to prepare CV and to make more effective CV so
that I easily get selected for my dream job. I need to start more with my skills, abilities and key
accomplishments. I should emphasize more on results rather than responsibilities like to show
more of quantitative data. Further, I need to customize my CV as per job roles and
responsibilities but it might take longer time to prepare my CV. Another main point I need to

consider is that I should focus more on my personal development plan like how I enhance my
growth and make changes in roles (Krizanova and et.al 2019).
Apart from my accomplishments I need to make improvement in my others skills as well
and to develop more for new accomplishments and success. I need to improve my social skills
more as it allows me to make proper interactions with other people. By improving my social
skills I develop a sense of empathy, cooperation as it is important when we work as a team.
Again, I want to enhances more of my writing skills like as it become essential part of my career
development. Effective writing skills helps me to be more creative as there are so many
interesting content that is available that I can use to upgrade my writing. Now, usage of social
media is emerging like Facebook, LinkedIn etc. and it allows to make attractive content to grab
attention.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it had been concluded that I must move forward in my career
development by knowing my overall skills and goals. Write down all necessary resources that I
required in order to accomplish those goals. I make proactive approach and avoid procrastination
as it will benefit me to grow in my future. Further, I make an honest assessment that benefit me
to make more realistic goals. I build strong network as it will open door for many exciting
opportunities in the future. Therefore, I should attend conferences, volunteer, will join
professional companies and write articles and with help of effective social media use I will

RECOMMENDATION
In developing my skills I would like to take much online courses and developed more
skills that might be help me in future for being more developed. As I have taken much online
courses and communicated with various other people who kindly help me in every situation
related to my marketing and finance problems, and they make my theme according to work
