Personal development defines as improving the skills and potential of an individual in
order to get better employment opportunities. Personal and professional development is an
important practice which allows an individual to meet different requirements related to his
professional career. In the approach of personal and professional development individual

I have worked in a different organisation over different designated position roles. I
carry various skills that are also my strengths which have supported me through out of my
employment career. In professional career all the skills you posses and all the strong areas of
the personality projected the strength an employee carry as a part of the employment
opportunity (Güngör and Alp, 2019). I also carry different skills that i have also mentioned in
my CV while going through the interview rounds. Skills like communication skill,
observation skill, technical skill, listening skill and public speaking skill are the key skills I
carry. All these skills provide me a huge strength in meeting up all the responsibilities I have
been associated with as a part of the employment opportunity. All these skills i mentioned are
such skills that i also aware off as a part of the personality assessment. Many other skills I
also carry about them I do not carry any precise knowledge or I can say i am not much aware
off such skills but i carry them in my personality.

personality. This ability of making others laugh has allowed me to gain a specific attention in
between all the colleagues and senior employees and high designated professionals in the

courier company and the most important is having the right numerical skill so that they can
take the right amount and give back the right amount to the customers. The customers have to
be well treated in the organization which is the responsibility of the employees which are
providing them the services with (Flores and et.al., 2020). There are a lot of skills which I
have to develop so that there are going to be more rewards, promotions and reputation
coming my way in Uber Eats which is going to be very good for the future growth as well.
Experience is very essential in a lot of businesses and in Uber Eats there are a lot of risks
which the company has taken which is why they need good employees to serve the customers
so that the organization will be able to earn back the right amount they have invested in the
organization to expand in this field as well.
There has to be professionalism which has to be present in the employees who are
working in any organizations for which the employees have to have the right skills which can
help them develop and get the market. There has to be a better analysis of the growth as well
which has been planned so that there is going to be a time management as well which is
going to be better in the company (Hafsteinsdóttir, van der Zwaag and Schuurmans, 2017).
Skills like which have to be improved are motivational skills, presentation skills, analytical
skills, delegation skills and research skills which is going to be better for the future which I
have decided for myself. Everyone in the organization wants to earn more and if these skills
are going to be present in me then I will be able to decide how to treat the customers better
and make the reputation of the organization be improved. In return the organizations which
are well reputed in the market they have a policy to give the employees the best if they give
in their personal best to the organization (Waymer and et.al., 2018). The company has to
profit only then they will give the employees what they deserve which is a very essential
factor for the organization to have so that there is going to be a better reputation for the
individuals and the company as well.

There are a lot of skills which I have developed over years of working in the courier
company but there are a lot of skills which I have realized that they are not by strength and if
not good enough for a better future. To have more opportunities for myself in the future there
