INTRODUCTION
Development is all about getting new abilities and knowledge. It is also termed as the
growth that associate to the circulating role in the organisation. In this project the chosen field is
personal and professional development that is also a constant activity growth. The project
involves two tasks like individual presentation paper and reflective report. Personal development
is the process of rising an individual by such activities as it intensify the employment abilities
that increase their state of mind and create wealthiness(Amundsen, D’Amico, 2019) . It is a life
long procedure that accomplished the motive of individuals to assess their skills and abilities. It
helps to acquiring more skilful and motivated personnel for the organisation that motivates more
individuals to go through into business. The professional development is the process of
improving and increasing abilities and skills knowledge of faculty by approaching the education
and training opportunities in the organisation by follows the quora of performance with another
organisation.
TASK 1
Complete a Reflective Journal that assesses your learning process in relation to the
Employability/Study Skills of the module.
Skills such as management skills, reliability and group working that ranked higher than
the alternative content abilities, commercialised perception, discussion and networking that were
given least precedence. My set of achievement that relates to growth of my learning process
that make it more categorized even to increase profitability and benefits of individuals, team
members and the organisation. I believed that learner with good employment abilities are noticed
because they have earned good theoretical qualifications. Personal development might appears
like isolated from my professional career that would deal in actuality that will be a great way to
achieve my career oriented goals and objective. The skills to giving response is defines as en
essential ability that should be in a continue form of growth hence, it enables to accurate the
faults that evaluates the process and growth of the people(Bowe, Gore, 2017) .
As per the study it includes the standardise values of an individuals that relates their self
assessment skills and it may utilise of the growth planning that enhance the recruitment process.
It will develops my own personal conceptualization to work and learning in a manner that fits my
own respective necessity. It will increase the awareness to guide the way of study to become

more effective. Study skills are also transferable that will determines the instruction into new
context. Various skills are mentioned in my study tool like active listening, reading
comprehension passage, note taking, stress management, time management, record management,
testing taking and memorization. However, each and every content have different perspective
that ensures the different learning skills and approaches(Demir, Gazioğlu, 2017) . There are
various skills to make learning more easier that are as follows:
The concept of written record: It is important to get well- known with written abilities
while making it and their policies and plan of action more effective and determine the
one that suits major content. After wards to this, using bold captions, variety of modes of
notes that includes highlighter, sticky notes, index cards, graphs, virtual diagrams and
charts.
Utilising knowledge representation: It considered as the framework that purpose of
assisting the organize, virtual and summarize method to give a better way to store
information and knowledge at single point. It can be made by itself or by analysing
particular procedures.
Interpret to yourself out loud: By memorizing through interpretation itself is the thing
that more than once it may also be remembered or understand it more clearly. I also
analyse the main section to redefines the learning content.
Up skills others: The main perceptive of fresh material is instruct it to other also. By
studying together it allows the individuals to understand the content better.
Time management skills: As organising the learning process it deliver the energy, time
and potential that is important for the tasks which is involved into small tasks and it may
make it fresh and inferior devastating.
Recognise the importance of leadership skills in the development of personal managerial
effectiveness
Leadership is the primary role of organisation that plays an essential activities that assists
the efficiency in the management to achieve its target and goals. It is a leader who plans each and
every task and execute it in the management, that is also allows the observance of the work by
which goals and target can be achieved(Fabriz, 2020) . The terminal point of the organisation's
leadership ability is the cover on the general total skills of a business to perform the leadership

management that are as follows:

enterprise achieving its goals and targets. A right- thinking leaders are able to justify their
candidates function to them as giving them adequate instruction on the basis of and
guidelines by which it may help them to work within the organisation to achieve their
orientated targets and goals.
Building morale: I also apply my adequate morale that is comes from the part of
leadership which leads to prepared the co- operative sections towards their task and goals.
It also assist the candidates to win their trust and factors. A leader who is capable to help
another leaders and individuals by helping them to increasing their morale as well
positioned to achieve their full co- operation from the team members.
Work environment: The management is all about completing things in an adequate
manner. As the grateful and pleasant work environment will assist me and other
individuals to encourage in the development of organisation(Grau, 2017) . By achieving
a good working place that comes from the leaders of the management who is well
capable to behave their individuals as like their priority.

Personal development planning is the procedure of scheduling a plan of action that is
based on awareness, belief, consideration, goal and target orientation that is also relates to
planning and growth with the main perspective of career, education, relationship or for self-
improvement that relates the statements(Gröschner, 2018) . Personal development plan usually
includes how the plan and policy to be accomplished as per the value of statements that points
the line of work and priority life style, career aligning, logical thinking of possibility and risk and
secondary arrangement as personally.

may be necessary in the personal development plan are as follows:
Visual understanding: I also believe that visual understanding is important for an

widely important to ensures my skills and abilities that are target orientated that are
