1: Reflection on the PPD and evaluation of my learning skills to maximisation the personal and
professional skills.
Accordance to above consideration, I have came to know that I am good at leadership
style which provide a way to lead a group of people in the management team. I also develop
good analytical skills which help in improving capabilities to dissolve the problem in the
effective ways and make sound decision at the personal and professional levels. On the other
side,I have also develop good managerial skills which help me in organising the various tasks
and activity in the effective ways and in profitable manner at the any levels. Here I have learned
various things such as how to communicate in the team so that important information can be
transferred to all the levels and work can be completed within the time frame and in effective
manner. It also help me to gain confidence in handle multiple work at the team as well as in the
personal life. With the progress in the plan I am able to make good decision about various
critical situations and learn about different business plan to grow the operations to next levels. I
have learned various skills which have improve may capabilities in performing various
different task so that goals can be achieved in the long run. I have learned various skills like
leadership, self- motivated, delegated at work, creativity at various things and taking
responsibilities about my action at the work and in personal life.
In every organisation, there are list of does and don't which make important task to be completed
in the productivity manner. This improve the task completing in the organisation with the
appropriacies manner. By now, I have faced various problem such as lack of resources, need of
practices development program effective communication. and solve them in the effective ways
and improve the production activity hence, increases the profits for the organisation.
Further personal development is a very long process, which provide a way enhance the
production at very level of the organisation. The plan is very essential to measure the qualities
and skills of the individual and give a way to improve and learn more skills to have competitive
advantages in the market. The PPD is also provide a way to increase their capabilities and skills

longer period.

Learning goals: This condition helps in learning new things at the work place and which
helps in achieving the goals and objectives of the organisation. It also help me to be more
creative at my work place and achieves the individual goals in time. Their are various different
areas which need to have proper plan which will help in achieving the desire outcomes in the
coming years.
Development opportunities: under this conditions I have develop the plan for the
improvement for the organisation and improve my personal personality along with the company
goals and objectives. The aim object of the plan is to improve the weakness and give best input
in any task and make best us of available resources in best possible ways.

According to above discussion, I have understood that personal-professional development is
very essential part of any individual and organisation. With the important of the professional
plan I have develop various different work ethics and capabilities which are necessary for the
growth of the company. This also help in making good personal personality by reducing the
weaknesses and converting them into strength and achieve the desire outcomes. I have learn
more about skills and knowledge which can give me competitive advantage in the market place.
