growth and ability to work in effective manner. Being an emotional person sometimes it
gets difficult for me control over my emotions. It could become barrier in my path of
success. Also I have fear of public speaking and it could affect my future growth and
effectiveness in my career.
Opportunities: As I want to work in the event management organisation in the future,
there are various opportunities for me in this field. There are different variety of courses
in these field that could help in to work in the reputed organisation. For this I have work
hard and enhance my skills and abilities in order to gain future growth.
Threats: In the path of effective career there are various threats that can have an impact
on my growth. In the job sector there is huge competition among the students, and high
level of competition can affect my growth. Also there are different level to achieve the
job I want in the my future, all these levels can affect to gain various opportunities.

grow and develop my career path. For the effective professional development I want to work in
