Development is all about getting new abilities and
knowledge. It is also termed as the growth that associate to
the circulating role in the organisation. In this project the
chosen field is personal and professional development that is
also a constant activity growth. The project involves two
tasks like individual presentation paper and reflective report.

were given least precedence. My set of achievement that
relates to growth of my learning process that make it more

Personal development planning is the procedure of scheduling a plan of

plan usually includes how the plan and policy to be accomplished as per
