INTRODUCTION
• Development is all about getting new abilities and
knowledge. It is also termed as the growth that associate to
the circulating role in the organisation. In this project the
chosen field is personal and professional development that is
also a constant activity growth. The project involves two
tasks like individual presentation paper and reflective report.

REFLECTIVE JOURNAL
Skills such as management skills, reliability and group working
that ranked higher than the alternative content abilities,
commercialised perception, discussion and networking that
were given least precedence. My set of achievement that
relates to growth of my learning process that make it more
categorized even to increase profitability and benefits of
individuals, team members and the organisation. I believed
that learner with good employment abilities are noticed
because they have earned good theoretical qualifications.

THE IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP SKILLS
• Leadership is the primary role of organisation that plays an
essential activities that assists the efficiency in the
management to achieve its target and goals. It is a leader
who plans each and every task and execute it in the
management, that is also allows the observance of the work
by which goals and target can be achieved(Fabriz, 2020) .
The terminal point of the organisation's leadership ability is
the cover on the general total skills of a business to perform
the leadership development.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
(PDP)
• Personal development planning is the procedure of scheduling a plan of
action that is based on awareness, belief, consideration, goal and target
orientation that is also relates to planning and growth with the main
perspective of career, education, relationship or for self- improvement
that relates the statements(Gröschner, 2018) . Personal development
plan usually includes how the plan and policy to be accomplished as per
the value of statements that points the line of work and priority life
style, career aligning, logical thinking of possibility and risk and
secondary arrangement as personally.

• SWOT analysis stands for strength, weakness, opportunities and
threats analysis. The objectives of a SWOT analysis is to
measures the departed, immediate and future of the
organisation or an individual that relates to career objectives. It
enhance me and other individuals for structured leadership on a
frequent orientation on what the organisation assumes its
position.

• Strengths: The first sector is to examines my recruiting procedures
that suits the organisation terms. It may also ensures it by my quora,
that the leaders motivates the organisational task and program for
individuals activities.
• Weaknesses: The second sector is to determine my weaknesses that
is related to SWOT analysis through which it considered measures like
often getting late, time management and record management skills
etc. and it may improved by performing it more effectively.

• Opportunities: The another sector features my levels of
opportunities as per its modern methods that is important for
the authorial changes that affect the plan of action.
• Threats: The last sector mentions my career obstacles that
is obstructed my growth that is assisted the orientated things
in the management as per the managerial issues.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
• An area of development is a ability or concept that is good for growth
of professional life. As per to this, an individual focuses on the
improvement and development as in major sectors of the growth areas
that assist the ratio of more productivity, empathetical and
coordination in the members of the management(Markussen-Brown,
2017) . Here is also an individual and handler that may allows the
activity for individuals growth and academic abilities after wards it
measures the terms and values for the personal and professional
growth in the areas.
