INTRODUCTION
It is very important for individuals to have a plan for the objectives and goals they want
to achieve in life. There are a lot of career options in front of an individual which can be
confusing but once the individual understands and finds interest in any one then the planning is
very essential for them to achieve those. The report consists of career development as a dental
nurse in dental surgery and cover letter for the career options which have been selected in the
report. This is going to get in more clarity in functioning and achieving the objectives.

Learning log
For having a growth in the industry there are a lot of new ideas which need to be
generated and for that I have done dental which was my passion but it is due to the competition
in the market and to get more knowledge management is also very important. There is a lot of
learning which one can get from the courses that I have done. Though I had the disciple in me
but was not aware of the market and the factors which an employee must have and by going the
diploma and the experience in this field has really helped in a lot of ways to be able to grow
further. I would be having a very strong portfolio for myself if I will be able to add these new
career options in my portfolio and there will be more options which will be present for me in
which I can succeed into. There is a lot of unemployment in United Kingdom and there have to
be right measures which will have to be taken by me so that I will be able to achieve more than I
had aimed for.
Description
I was an effective health worker who has effective communication skills, caring,
intelligent, and hardworking to increase satisfaction of customers and improve performance of
the organisation. I am assigned to develop a report about different career options which could
help me to increase my career opportunities of grow. It is also very new to me so I analysed that
there are many skills and knowledge which were required to become effective HR manager or a
leader in health care industry (Johnson and Kohli, 2020). By making this report I experienced
many challenges and issues which helped me to understand different sections of professionalism

There are approaches to achieve the goals and they have to be achieved by the company

and all the situations have different approaches in the market which can only be implemented
when the individuals are experienced and that is going to make the company have stability and

Conclusion
There must be a strong communication so that information can be let out during an
interview. There are a lot of measures which will have to be taken but learning is a very essential

2020). Learning is always going to make an individual be able to develop in the market so that
there is a better functioning and the company they work in can also get an advantage of
effectively. There is going to be a better outcome in all the situation and issues which come in
front of the individual while working. There is a requirement of a particular skill and experience
which can make the company have a better functioning and the organization will be able to give
more advantages for the individual and growth is going to take place.
Action
It is very important to have a plan for the action to take place in the market so that I will
be able to achieve the factors successfully (Charissi, 2020). This is the last stage and for this to
work there has to be commitment which needs to be present so that they can see themselves
grow in the market. There has to be a timing and well managed plan in front which can be
followed and would be effective for the growth which is assumed by the company and the
individual to have.
