The personal and professional development is very necessary to survive in the society. It
will play very major role in the development of a person. This personal and professional
development develop new learning skill along with habit which help a person to innovate new
part to achieving their goals and objective of life. This will help a person to formulate a new type
of attribute and skill which is helpful for him for the future concern. There are various factor
which can affect the personal and professional development of a person which include number of
merits along with number of demerits (Markham and et. al., 2017). As per this, this report is
cover the proper analysis of personal and professional development and the context with this
report, it will state well defined attributes and knowledge of personal and professional
development. This report covers each and every single step which create differentiation in the

and there various outcomes. As per this, the knowledge with skill and approaches are being
useful in now days for the future concerned. In the context with personal and professional
development, the basic example is taken as communication skill. Which is very useful now a
days to interact with peoples. In addition to this, a better interaction using the better
communication skill which develop a new core of self confidence. Which is by using appropriate

on approaches develop a new view point of personal and professional development. These help

communication skills with others. Generally, to increase the personality there are various factor

this go for the longer period of time. Medium plan are those which are like start-up or
entrepreneurship and the respect to business (Ring and et. al.,2017). In which the most important
goal of a new start-up to attract the customer and increase the higher sales of that particular
product. Which is introduced in market they are associated with higher profit. So, these are
called medium term goals. These goals are set by implementing strategies and new plan and need
time to execute.
Better in the work and performance- In the academic or in the field of organization the
betterment of work is always associated with learning of new skills and new knowledge. Which
helped them future. For example, the communication is skill helps to improve the interaction

organic individual behaviour is most needed to see the opportunity and achieve the success
objective. There are various examples which are mentioned below which provide and
information regarding the long term goal.
Being careless for other perception: This is is an approach of long term goal, which is
achieved by taking priority of himself. In this to achieve their objective the person or individual
must focused for their work and use their appropriate dedication in such a way to gain the path of
success in a given time period. As per this, the various number of conflict registered while
choosing any part to improve life. In this the people usually suggest and advise various strategies
and plan to achieve the individual goal. The individual must focused on their well determined
gold and refuse the views of other people in the context of their own objective and goal.
Multitasking and task orientation: As per this approach, all long term goal is usually
faces barriers of conflict because in the context with the multitasking, it will be well determined
that no single individual is do multiple type of works. But this approach is about to learn and
develop new skills. Which partially contribute in the future to grab the opportunity and achieve
the objective of life. For a person it is difficult to do various type of work but the individual try
to develop some of the skills which help partially in future. A person never be develop various

help an organization to earn more profit and revenue from employee who have proper personal
and professional development. In context with employee, these development plan have create a
positive attribute and a viewpoint to achieve objective of an organization. So, this reduce the
chance of failure in an organization and decrease the level of negative motivation. These all
