Personal development is a process of enhancing oneself through such activities is that
employment skills, increasing the wealth opportunities and building the career goals and
continuous approach of building the skills will assist many business managers in obtaining more
qualified and motivated personal for the particular companies(Hildebrand, 2018)This personal
development is highly induce with self motivational factor which are continuously growing and
encouraging the peoples to go into the business and develops the decision making abilities by
enhancing self required skills. Professional development contains the ability and capabilities of
employees or staff in the organisation which will increase through the appropriate eduction and
training opportunities in the workplace which allows the staff to build their learning abilities and
enhance the professional development, they relates with both the workforce and individual
performance within the organisation. Personal development relates with the individual
development in the course of learning new skills with having motive to generate their career
goals with clarity in mind about the particular field in which he/she wants to go. The below
report covers the academic skills require for the university students and how will they contribute
to the process of education.

important:
The most important factor which will contribute in the career of any students which will
be required in the university phase is that an individual in respect to their career growth they
have to built the knowledge and learning by taking interest in their particular field but before that
they have to be clear about their academic skills which are the important aspect in the future
career growth of an student in the university phase(Christie and et. al., 2018). In the daily
working of the student they have to be sure about what he is going to do in their appropriate time
scheduled through proper work life balance student must be ensure about their goals and tasks
which relates to their academic growth. These aspects will work in the future if the student or
individual will implement their skills in the organisation work life this will assist them in the

employability skills so here are some of the academic skills which are required for university
students is that:
Time management
Its involves with the process of managing the time in systematically manner in respect to
maintain the work life balance by dividing the daily activities for a particular time period. There
are only 168 hours in a week, the students having the full time should 45-60 hours on their
studies not including the travel time which relates in daily activities concern , assume if the
student spends an hour a day travelling then its hardly 67 hours on their studies a week, then
there basic activities are concern is that eat, sleep, other works and shower ,that leaves hardly 10
hours a week to do other things like shopping ,time with friends and other necessary works , so
basically for full time students its necessary to manage time according to their working.(Akrivou,
Scalzo and Orón, 2020)
Reading information and understanding
The most important academic skill for the student is to don't take time to read the full
article but to understand the context of the article by this they can easily understand what the
article is all about, student have to make sure about the article importance in relation to what the
article want s to convey(Choy and Chua, 2019).
Research
This research by the students is based on the information or data which are collected by
the student practically through reading books in library and by preparing the appropriate
questionnaire for their particular studies . Students here definitely bear losses if they will prepare
their research report on the basis of internet sources which are already researched by the
someone(Earley, 2020).
How they contribute to the process of education for a student :
By these important academic skills student will be able to do the tasks in their higher
education by having the compatibility in dealing with the daily work life balance yes its

organisation through improving the overall professional development phase by inducing in the
skills and learning stages with the important growth factor for an individual as well as for the
organisation point of view(Ahmed, 2018). Basically we talk about the personal development then
its comparatively the focus on self actualisation and self motivational factor through which an
individual will enhance their skills and knowledge by adopting the value which are important in
making the career growth for the self . Here an individual will maintain their approaches through
enhancing the skills for a particular carrier growth which will be the major aspects of the
individual likewise professional development relates to the improvement of an individual in the
course of organisational point of view,it relates with the formal types of vocational education or
training learning which contribute or assist in developing the career path of the individual in
organisation. For example It training,health and safety and legal knowledge and expertise.
Theory relating to PPD is that :

before any preparation for the career development is that to know and determine the targets and
platform where an individual wants to achieve something by taking certain steps is that you have
to be sure about the objectives regarding your career planning by properly establishing the value
of their motive what you want to achieve in the process of making the professional planning but
before that process you have to clear about the self actualisation point which relates with whether
I am capable of doing that activities or able to go for that carrier path this will be the important
source in making themselves in a strong position and create the environment of looking into the
longer futuristic process by adapting the sources required in making the objectives very
clear(Lewin And et. al., 2019).
Understanding about strength and weakness for improvement:The most common challenges
in developing the personal and professional development plan is that to know about the strength
and weakness of ourself by taking important decision which are necessary in building the plan is
that on personal level I experience that you have to be so sure about your strength like in which
field you interest generates and what will be the strong point of yours in relation to deal with the
particular situation through determining by self actualisation through enhancing your strong zone
by regularly develop expertise in through particular situation which will arises in future also by
adopting the value of that strength like wise by analysing the what will be the weakness which
are going to be create obstacles in making the personal and professional planning in inducing the
several sources which will going to assist you in overcome the weaker point in respect of
achieving the career path which will be the important source in the beginning phase of an
individual to determine the weaker aspect of themselves by working on it effectively through
learning.

situation through attempt them is that If the student wants to give any competitive exams after
analysing the obstacles behind their career path, by attempting that exam and determine their
strong point and flaws during that attempt this will generates the importance for the career
growth (Baecher and Chung, 2020).
