up business. The existing report will be concerning over the concept of Personal Development
Plan (PDP) and the role of personal development planning. In addition to this, Personal
Development Plan is also going to be formulated and lastly, how ‘Author, Purpose, Reliability
and Relevance’ influences the utilisation of the resources and assessment of eight sources used in
the report plan will be done in this particular report.
