is a continuous process and required to be developed by every individual and in order to learn
something new related to their goals it is essential for an individual to develop their skills which
has been provided by the personal development plan. A personal development plan contains the
skills which are to be developed by an individual with a proper development plan which has been
considered by the individual in order to achieve that skills in their life. Further the development
plan contain that time period up to which the individual will be able to attain that skills. The
target date provided in the personal development plan helps an individual to identify that either
