field of service, we need to become dynamic and get updated with the changes. For this we use
seminars and internet, because it helps our employees to get in touch with latest ideas and
requirements.

we organize workshops for them which helps to set goals in future. Even, I requested to senior
authorities to open a library by which employees can take benefits and learn things without any
problems. We allow them extra time to study in the organization apart from work. It uplifts their
trust towards the organization and make them integrated towards work.
They feel overwhelmed by working with our company. To encourage their interest we
conduct seminars and conferences, so that it helps an employee to get information and make
interactive. Our organization always support employees for ongoing learning so that they feel
motivated and interested towards learning (McLeod, John and Julia, 2014). Even our company
motivates those employees too who has less interest in learning. By encouraging continuous
learning, leads to improve their performance as well as company's performance. As employees

and magazines. It helped me to attain good amount of knowledge to enhance skills and
ideas. It helped me in decision making, presenting, planning and organizing skills. It has
broaden the knowledge for innovative ideas. It helped in improving the capabilities and
skills.
ï‚· Learning programmes- I have conducted the learning programmes by consulting good
speakers and professionals. My participation in learning programmes helped me to
improve my skills. It also helped me in taking business decisions as well as to perform
operations. After attending these programmes I find improvement in my skills.
3.3 Reflect critically on your own learning against original aim and objectives set in
development plan
Being a manager at travelodge for the successful operations of organizations, I have
prepared a development plan on the basis of learning objective, current proficiency, target
proficiency etc. In the next step I have implemented the development plan. According to this
plan there are various skills have taken under like communication skills, technical skills,
leadership skills, presentation skills etc. I have analysed the skills on basis of current and
targeted . Currently this is poor which shows inability to interact with others. To overcome this
me in promoting my leading abilities (Cooke, 2012).
3.2 implemented development plan
The implementation of plan is necessary to evaluate the results between developed plan
and implementation. Being a manger at travelodge hotel, I need to evaluate the plan and
evaluation does and do not I have implemented the plan. The motive of implementation of
development plan is to measure the difference between actuals and set standards. Following are
the activities that would enlighten the usefulness of implementation and process of activities.
They are stated below:
