INTRODUCTION
The personal and professional development allows an individuals to
effectively assess their own set of skills as well as abilities. In addition
to this, it allows them to consider various goals and objective in their
life and how they can achieve them through elements such as
education, training as well as change in mind-set. The following
presentation is based on my own interest of establishing a clothing
business. The presentation will discuss my career path as well as focus
on identifying my strengths and link them to the career path. In

to overcome them through my strengths.
